  • Downloading library to new Tablet

    Wondering if there is a way to download my library other than book by book individually. I literally have thousands of books and one-by-one to a new tablet seems almost impossible. It was not bad when I was doing it one by one over a decade with my iPad. Now that I have moved to an Android, it seems endless....

    Completely up-to-date on the iOS (8.12.6 [0061]). Same old same old. It will download 1 or 2 and then not...and then freeze....and then crash. Have to come back in a few hours and see if it will download two more or so. Frustrating. Been happening for over a year and a half. No longer sending reports to Logos about the problem since it has never changed

    About 14,600. If I do a "clean install" it would take a long time to re-download all the books. I did it one time and don't know why I need to do it again. Pain in the posterior! There is plenty of memory left on the iPad and I'm on a high speed broad band connection. No problems nearly instantly downloading onto my Windows desktop.

  • Problems downloading books onto iPad

    For longer than a year I have had (and reported) a problem with the Logos 8 app on my iPad. When I purchase new volumes, they download fine on my desktop and laptop. I can open them etc. But on the iPad when I click to download, the app often simply freezes and then crashes. Or I can download one or two volumes and then nothing after that will download

    Here's the most recent log. It takes about 2-3 minutes for Logos 7 to open. Then when I go to guides and click passage guide it starts, freezes and I get the little blue circle.... and waiting and waiting and waiting.   • Slow loading and repeated freezing

    When I open Logos 7 and then start to use something like the guides, it freezes. On the desktop the loading of the program takes several minutes and then to navigate takes several minutes before starting to use the guides. Then it freezes.   • Semeia Journal repetitive updates

    For about 6 months now, everytime I open my iPad mini, and Logos 6, it indicates it needs to update about 79 or so documents. Most of which are Semeia journal issues. It does it. Then the next time, the same group reappears as though it had never downloaded the update. How do I get beyond this seeming infinite series of "updates" for the Semeia journals

    Found two installations of Logos 5. One under User, Appdata, Local -- which I did not know was there. The other was under programfiles. I've deleted the program files one. The Appdata, Local installation runs. What??

    I have used the "hold down cltr button to log in" and then get the error message and it goes no further. The Logos 5 version I have installed is your latest from your website. I can deinstall the current 5 and then download and reinstall. I don't know what else to do. When I click on the "java" solution, all I get is a webpage with all the coding. I

    OS: Windows 7 Already had Logos 4 on this computer. I've downloaded Logos 5 as requested twice and installed with the same effect.

    Virtually every time I start Logos 5 now, it says "An Upgrade Is Required" -- some of your documents and resources are not compatible with this version etc. I've "repaired" the installation and it does no good. I've downloaded and installed the "new version" (which is the same version) and then it had to index everything after downloading ALL my resources

    I'm having that same problem with my reading plans mulitplying. I have a plan to read the Bible in 90 days and I'll do my reading on either the PC or my ipod touch. Whe duplicate plans are added to L4 on the PC I can delete them but they just keep adding up on the touch. I now have ten plans on the touch. They're not quite duplicates because they last
