Jordan, It seems on my laptop that things have improved greatly! Thanks so much! I'm really glad to hear you all made these changes. I will let you know if I run into any problems with the sanctuary computer. Thanks again!

Sounds great, Jordan. I look forward to hearing back from you all. Loving Proclaim... so easy to use.

Justin, here's a little more about the issue. I have a MacBook Pro laptop as well. I tried this evening on the laptop and when I changed the slides (with no external monitor) the delay was still there. I could turn off the fade transition and it still had a half a second or so before the slide would change. However, if I swiped back to the control screen
-
Were you all able to figure any thing out regarding this? Like I said, it's not a major issue, just a minor annoyance, mostly.
-
Yes, the global transition is set to "Fade" at a .5sec interval. All individual transitions are not set at all.

I have an iMac (brand new last December 2017) - Running Proclaim version 2.9.0.0061. There is a slight delay (sometimes 1/2 a second) when changing the slides. I see the change take place on my preview monitor, but then it lags ever so slightly when changing on the projector. For comparison, I installed ProPresenter's latest update (demo) and tried

Did you make sure to click in the box where the lyrics are? When I click on a song in the order, the options are greyed out, too, but as soon as I click on the box where the lyrics are typed, those options open up.

Disregard. I seemed to have fixed it. Sorry for the confusion.

Can someone offer a suggestion as to why my published sermons aren't showing up on our website? I went to the following site: https://www.soundfaith.com/profile/joshedwards29841 and clicked the share button then copied the correct iframe code into a frame on our website. However, even in the preview at the bottom of the screen, it says "No sermons yet

[Deleted] - I totally forgot about the smart media templates... *crawls back under his rock*

Thanks for both your suggestions... Matt, it would have been ok to do that except I wanted a different size for the titles and sometimes different fonts, so while I could have done that, I chose not to for that reason. Jordan -- Why didn't I know about this?? LOL - Thanks for the suggestion. I'll remember that for the future. Totally didn't know that

Good morning. Just ran into an issue which I did work around (by duplicating slides and removing each bullet from the appropriate slides) - I have created a sermon points slide and tried using the ++ to reveal bullets on subsequent slides. However, it erases my custom text boxes (in which I have the title of the sermon) from the slides starting on slide

Mike, thanks for the suggestions, but I don't think either of those scenarios apply. Thanks for trying, though.

Justin, I just sent the screen capture and the log files to you at the e-mail address provided. Please let me know of anything I can try. Since I thought it may be due to the retina screen, I did try opening Proclaim in low resolution mode, but that didn't make any difference. Thanks!

I have a brand new MacBook Pro 13". When typing lyrics it pauses, then puts almost an entire line of text on the screen at once. If I make a mistake, it churns, takes a moment to show on the screen then prints on the screen. This didn't use to happen. Any ideas on how I can speed this up? I'm guessing it has something to do with the preview screen refresh

I'm loving the new features, but the Logos app would be even better if I could change the font. Not sure why this has never been implemented.
-
Is there anyone else that agrees that we need the option to change the fonts within the iOS app?
-
Logos has done really well with their mobile apps. However there is one thing that has irked me for several years: Lack of the ability to change fonts in the app. Why has this not been implemented? Yes, it’s a personal preference, but I can’t stand serif fonts. Thanks for considering.

I have the option checked to show the credits on the "last lyric" slide. However, whenever I go on air, the credits are showing up in random places. Here's a screenshot of the preview slides. I can confirm they show up in the same place when the presentation is on air. Please advise.

Go read this page. It tells all about setting backgrounds for content and song slides. https://support.proclaimonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/203698615-How-do-I-change-the-background-of-my-slides-
