    Love the new announcement creator but I’m having difficulties with one element. How can i adjust the run time for the opening loop. It’s stuck at 5 seconds and all my other ones are adjusted to the 30.

    Sunday, October 28th update...it did work this morning, albeit very slowly. It took much longer than usual to load up the scripture text, but it did work.

    I apologize for posting more than once...your website, too, was full of error messages this morning. It would tell me after I hit post that there had been an error and I should try again later...so I did...three or four times.

    Forgot to ask, since it sounds like this is somewhat of a known issue, is the issue this computer? Or that it's Sunday morning? I only have this issue on Sunday morning on this one computer...so which is most likely the culprit?

    This makes roughly three weeks in a row that I have been unable to retrieve Bible verses from our computer at the church. It's not a problem with our account as I can retrieve them on other computers without incident. If I attempt to create a bible slide or an on screen bible slide, it will be blank with a red exclamation point stating Failure to retrieve

  • Minimum specs?

    We've been having some computer troubles/slowdowns, causing us to consider replacing the computer. I'm having trouble finding Proclaim's minimum specifications. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.

    Sorry for the late reply, i've been on vacation and haven't been near a computer (which has been so nice). We are definitely not in grid view. I'll attempt to capture a screen shot when i turn the Church's computer on tomorrow.

    Not sure when this happened. Perhaps it was an update this week but suddenly the preview screen is different and the slide in the middle is quite small compared to before. Is this a setting I can change? was this done on purpose?

    Fixed! Thanks, guys (and gals, I assume). I would like to take the opportunity to thank y'all for the constant and continuous work you put into this software.     Update...Updated to 2.1.00035 this morning...still doesn't work. Cannot change song order. I guess the music fades but I SWEAR its faster than it used to be. Not quite an abrupt stop but almost.

    An in an unpleasant surprise, the music that did play abruptly stopped rather than fading out as it should. Was not a pretty sound.

    version 2.1.0.0028 (same as you) Windows 10. Never seen this before today. Not a major emergency, just a weird quirk.. I'm going to restart the program and try again.

  • Can't change song order

    Our pre-service loop has several songs attached to play. Today it will not let me rearrange their order. If i select one, rather than showing the yellow line of where i'm putting it, i simply get an icon of no (black circle with slash). Is this a bug? or a new feature i'm not aware of.
