I wish I would have received the e-mail. I had some of the books in my wish list for Christmas Day. Still happy for the free books. Thanks FL! Will have to pay attention next year.

I think this is what I was looking for. Needing more visual learning lately. Thanks Graham and MJ for being on most posts I look at. You guys seem to have it together. Wishing my mind grasped all this stuff. Merry Christmas! Mike

I am OK for the highlighting, its the Labeling as the last option in the highlighting area. Do I need notes set up first? I just do not know where to begin or how to think about this organization in L6. Does this build on something else that may have been done first? Maybe I am using highlighting differently? Mike

Highlighting & Labeling & Style & Value Type I am probably using the wrong terminology for searching for answers in L6. I am sure that this feature is powerful, and I can not find any information about it. Also, I am sure someone with an organized mine came up with this. Is there any information for a proper organization for this. I am looking at this

Is there a link to these books associated with the Christmas promotion? Otherwise, I will be looking for your post about these books for the next 2 weeks. Also, the link to Logos Tutorial Videos at the bottom of your forum did not work for me, blank page, I will try later.

Thanks, the above did work BUT you are correct, the amount of time was ridicules. Mike

I have found the below in filters to work Bible, all passages in ESV to turn green (or whatever) BUT want I really want is the words in English that do not have a Strongs # to be a different color or be marked. Hopefully, just a simple Boolean issue (if that is the right word?) I know I could just read it in OpenText, but..... Mike

Thanks, the Lord is found! You have given me the basic terminology needed to find an article in Logos. Thanks. I love this kind of stuff. I missed Him the first time I quickly looked at your posting this AM. Mike

Do you have an opinion as to which is better? I have no idea. I am sure there are pros and cons to both. Do I need to loose sleep over this? Mike

Thank you for enlighten me about the Textual Notes! Looks like a great resource. Mike

What is going on here in Luke 23:42. In most of the translations people use today the word Lord is not in the verse. Using the KJV 1900 it is there. Online the KJV 1611 has it also. The interlinear has the word Lord in the 1900, but not in the ESV or NASB. Open Text does not have the word Lord either. Is it a manuscript issue? Mike

Finding official Logos videos online thru Logos. With Logos running, touch the home screen button. Under settings or the customize button, check the “getting started”. Hit the escape tab on your keyboard and the screen will refresh. One of the options is online video tutorials. Up towards the top on the right, there is a little red button to follow

Thanks for everyone's responses. What I remember was the Logos 4 Video Tutorials link from years ago. They were Logos and user contributed videos. But I think they were found thru the Logos web site. I would not have thought about the wiki or You Tube stuff. Having said all this.... where would I have found this on the "Logos.com" site? Navigation and

seems to me that when I had an upgrade, there on the e-mail confirming my purchase were some videos that Logos had made that included more that what I bought. Maybe I am confused! Thanks to those who responded! Some good stuff there. Mike
