• Re: New Feature: Bible Browser

KJV has just been imported into the data set. It should be available. You may need to close and reopen the Bible Browser panel to have it regenerate its list of available resources.
HOWEVER, when I change to Pericope level view, they ( Mordecai, Susa and Hegai) are all in the results. Apparently the Pericope results are included in the Verse filter options.
Thank you for reporting this. I've created a case and will be looking into what's going on.

Thank you for reporting this. I've made a case and we'll look into it. With the library panel, what display mode are you in? Do you have the same problem if you float the library panel and move it instead of the application?

  • Re: CRASH while editing note 5.2a Beta 2 Mac

Thank you for reporting this. The crash report looks very similar to a bug that I fixed just last week. I'm optimistic that the fix will be available in our next release. I'll double-check to make sure, though.

The capitalization bug has been fixed. The improved (and less stringent) hyperlink box will be available in the next beta.

  • Re: Read Aloud Switching Speaker Voice?

@alamaba24, do you have a Greek voice installed? It should be in the "Text to Speech" pane of the Speech System Preference. "Alexandros" is the Apple-provided voice and may not be installed in default installations.

  • Re: Read Aloud Switching Speaker Voice?

If I recall correctly, the read aloud functionality was changed slightly on the Mac for 5.0. The change was to switch to use a Greek voice (Alexandros is provided by Apple) when Greek text is displayed. English voices would not read Greek text aloud, so switching to a locale-appropriate voice enabled read aloud for Greek text. It appears that the automatic

  • Re: BUG: 5.1 Beta 3 no longer supports Mac Spell check as you type in notes
Here is my guess: The old notes editor relied heavily on Mac OSX, whereas the new editor is being built by Logos. (Is that right?) This may explain the deletion of spell check. Hopefully it will come back!
This is correct. The new editor allows for many more features and platform parity, but spell check was something

  • Re: 5.1 beta 2 notes regression
Just a few things I've noticed while using notes.... 1. When copying & pasting from a book into a note file, the source citations are no longer hyper linked (neither was beta 1) 2. The "Command K" shortcut for adding links also no longer works. 3. I am not able to add a link to a Bible verse using the link button in notes
Hi Logos Any thoughts on why I am not getting access to the new editor? Graham
I believe that we have identified the issue that would cause the new editor to not be available. The next beta should enable it for you.
I'm using a MacBook Retina. My added hyperlinks do not allow hover preview nor click to go to passage. Here is an example. Notice my links are dark blue
This appears to be the same problem that we've seen in other threads from the looks of it. Your links are still there and should be active on our next beta release

  • Re: Uh-Oh, not again.

Hyperlinks should work in notes. The first beta had problems with some hyperlink data that has been fixed. So far, we have not seen any existing notes data being lost. If you are willing to share more information, I'd be happy to help you and confirm whether the problem has already been fixed.

Thank you for reporting this. I have created a case and will get it fixed. Edit: As a temporary workaround for the incorrect scrolling, you may try placing a blank line or two at the bottom of the document while you are working.

I wanted to follow up and say thank you for that data. I believe that I have a clearer understanding of the problem and will have a potential fix for the crash the next beta. I will continue looking for why the link detection is failing.

  • Re: Auto Hyperlinks in Notes (Mac)

I've attempted to follow the steps as you've mentioned earlier, but cannot reproduce the crash. If you use Faithlife, I have created a group called Notes Improvement . If you join the group, you can Publish your problematic note to the group from documents.logos.com . I can then grab a copy. I hope that is feasible. Good luck with your interview.
Sure. I also want to give you logs from a crash. It was repeatable. After I created the links, I tried to click around a bit in the note file and it crashed repeatedly. I wasnt necessarily trying to activate the hyperlink... just clicking around in the note itself. Here is the log: 8228.Logos.log
I'm not able to reproduce

The data should still be intact and we will fix any rendering issues. As for
