• Re: NEW: Mobile Ed Subscription
Thanks for brining this issue to our attention. The SKU description has been updated to reflect the Mobile Ed 1 Month Subscription. We do not have a 6 month option for the subscription.
Thanks Liz. I think the subscription model does suit these video courses well - I think I would probably only watch the mobile ed

Hi Liz, I signed up for the monthly Mobile Ed subscription to try it out. I did notice though that in my subscription list for my account it says this: Mobile Ed Subscription - Monthly Subscription (6 Month) Is that meaning there is a minimum 6 month subscription period (boo hiss), or that it is $49.99 for six months subscription (yippee), or neither

  • Re: Sell me on MobileEd

Mobile Ed also do a $50/month subscription option starting this month - Mobile Ed Subscription - Monthly Subscription . Restricted set of mobile ed courses each month, and you have 3 months to complete each course. Promise of discounts on purchase of courses. I think I will try that route for a month or so. Seems a less expensive way to try out the

  • Re: what ever happened to our promised Encyclopedia Britainica

Do you have a soggy date if not a firm date. Maybe to the nearest quarter? eg 2016Q1, 2016Q2? If a rough date can't be given, then it suggests no resource is available/allocated at the moment to finish the production of Britannica and there is no schedule for its completion.

Thanks DAL and Francis for the tips. I am doing my own study but as you say it is good to check what I interpret with others.

  • Character study on Naomi

Hi, does anyone have a good recommendation on a Logos resource that has a good character study on Naomi from the book of Ruth? (Lots on Ruth herself of course!) Thanks Jim

  • 10% off base packages

Nice to see this back. But one I tried adding - Gold Package for Charismatic and Pentecostal - is not showing the 10% discount in the dynamic pricing. All the other base packages seem to be fine so maybe this is just a bug in the website page? Jim

  • Re: Change in dynamic pricing for everything

Thanks Glenn. That makes logical sense about the dynamic pricing changing the prepub pricing for some items. Although it is a bit odd that in the prepub details it says "Preordered in September for $xyz", where xyz is the new increased price, but I didn't preorder at that price in September. Maybe it should say "Preordered in September for $abc; updated

Not sure I follow the message from Glenn. The price on the Master journal prepub I preordered last September has gone up from $424 to $446 in the last few days. Do you mean that will now go back to the original price? Jim

  • "Unable to download a required file"

When I start Proclaim it goes out and detects that there is an update available. When I click Update it downloads a stub setup program and runs that. But then it stops with this error message. Anything I can do to make it work other than uninstall Proclaim and reinstall? Thanks Jim

  • Re: Logos just cancelled the pre-pub for "The Sermons and Lectures of John Calvin in English (29 vols.)"

I don't think it will work that way though unfortunately for Logos. If I had something in Prepubs it was because I wanted it in Logos format. If Logos have decided not to publish an item and removed it from Prepub, then my first reaction is not to buy something else I didn't want from Logos in its place. I'll search around and buy what I originally

  • Re: Will my Pre-Pub Ever Come Back?

For me, a lack of clear commitment from Logos for my specific cancelled prepubs means it is probably not worth waiting for them to be repackaged and then go through the long process of gathering interest, under development, possible cancellation again, etc etc. I had a look for some of my cancelled ones outside Logos and was surprised to see that they

I'm guessing none of my prepubs have been affected as I haven't had an email. But do we have any examples of the prepub books that have been removed?

  • Re: NICOT/NICNT Bundle Sale [Accordance Bible]

I think for me Logos offers the better deal - if I don't buy it from Logos I save more than if I don't buy it from the competitor.

  • Re: John Phillips' Revelation

But it would be nice for Faithlife to respond to the question. I have the set (with Revelation) in the other bible software that I use (OT) and it is also part of the John Phillips collection as sold by two other well known bible software companies. So seems a bit odd that Logos is missing the volume.

Ah, just looked back today to the page and Logos have now decreased the discount on the Logos page for the pastor helper discount code. Not sure if it is meant to be a generally available URL, so I've hidden it for now. But it is a standard Logos website page. The discount is still shown in the cart description as 15%, but the actual calculated discount

  • Re: 15% off coupon codes now give 10% off

These coupon codes were separate from the blanket 15% off given to all users. They are special coupon codes such as for Pastors that enables them to get 15% off. The coupon codes still work and still are advertised as 15% off the base packages, but only 10% is taken off in the cart. Maybe someone from Logos could advise whether the policy has changed

  • 15% off coupon codes now give 10% off

I had a coupon code for 15% off the base packages that I was about to use. When I add it to my cart, it still displays the text "15% off base package". But it is only taking 10% off the base package in the actual cart. Is that a change in policy for the coupon code (in which case it should read "10% off base package" in the cart or a mistake with the
