What is the advantage of having an audio book in Logos rather than as a separate download from somewhere else (such as mp3 files)?

I think The ISIS Crisis is on special offer from Moody Publishers for $3.50. Is it possible to have that pricing in Vyrso? Thanks, Jim

Pop a few high value items in your shopping cart (don't check out!) and a salesman will phone you or email you within a day. At least that is what I have found.
-
Thanks Jeremiah. I got the email. The call in price is less than the dynamic pricing so it is worth calling in for the exclusive pricing! Jim
-
Ah, maybe the salesman I spoke too didn't know the extra discounts. I was asking mainly about the Master Expansion Collection (although I asked about a couple of other resources too). I was told " Your price for the Master Expansion Collection is probably the same as what you see online: $1362.28. " That price is indeed just the normal dynamic pricing

On the Black Friday page it says this: "Call in Specials Connect with a resourse expert to hear about exclusive specials." But when I called in (well, emailed in), the reply was that the special pricing is the same as what is displayed on the website (dynamic pricing). Maybe that is what the page wording should say? ps minor spelling typo unless resourse

I was planning to take a new payment plan when my current one expires in December to get Collector's edition. The payment plan changes of now 25% deposit and reduced months have persuaded me I can do without it really. So my wallet is happy although perhaps not Logos as they have lost a sale. (I also have had no personal email about the changes. And

I found it annoying. Not so much the message, but the fact that the web page doesn't automatically detect I am signed up already. It should tell me I am already signed up rather than encouraging me to sign up and then saying "Ha ha, got you". I am logged in to the Logos site already and so Logos know who I am..
-
OK thanks, I'll try that search syntax. Jim

Is there a similar switch to turn off Vyrso books from appearing in the Logos app?
-
$48 is still a very high shipping cost for a $10 book. I can get books shipped from US to UK eg from Amazon for just over £5. Even 2 day delivery from the USA to UK is only £21. Edit: The print book is available on Amazon.com (well it is on pre-order) - shipping charge there is $7.98 to the UK. Jim

I am in the UK and I just use my standard credit card for payments. There is no fixed charge for me doing that, but there is a 3% fee charge. So for example, the infamous encyclopedia at $99 came out as £65 (c.1.53 exchange rate, which is about the right rate at the time) plus £1.92 fee. I've tried PayPal for US transactions, but recently I've noticed

Thanks Erin! Jim

"Finishing well in life & Ministry" seems to be on some publisher special pricing: Author(s): Bill Mills & Craig Parro Publisher: Leadership Resources International Price: $0.99 (Ends Oct 23) Is it possible to get this in Vyrso? Probably not as I can't see it there already in the Vyrso catalogue, so just asking! Jim
-
Just got an email with the discount code for the $10. Thank you!

OK thanks Peter. Jim

Before using Proclaim I simply used Windows Media Player to play backing music. I used a program/plug-in called Chronotron to be able to adjust the pitch and speed of the playback. This is some sort of Direct X plug in - is there any possibility some sort of similar functionality could be put in to Proclaim or that it might be possible to configure
-
I tried again yesterday and the songselect licensing seems to be back working again.
-
I upgraded two of my PCs from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 last week and Proclaim seems to run .mp4 files fine on both those machines. I also have Windows Media Player available as a desktop application, so the upgrade to Windows 10 didn't remove that program.

In case it helps in your contact, I tried removing my link with Songselect from proclaim, which was OK, but when I tried adding it back again, I just got a blank dialog rather than the usual sign on dialog.
