Here are some exciting features coming soon in Logos 10!
Since Gregory posted, rumors of another exciting feature have leaked out. The Feature set of one of the denomination packages (I won't say which) will contain this watchdog code built-in. The cutting-edge web technology of Net Finney will be adapted for use

Hi Bryan: Additionally, while in the Layout menu, you can drag the 'Update active' command to the shortcut bar (to the right of the 'Tools' menu). This provides a quick way to save your layout before closing it and will eventually become second nature. You can right-click the shortcut and choose an appropriate icon, etc. See the Layout section in Helo
I do not have MEV in my software. I have to purchase it, but I will, only if the text is tagged like KJV.
Hi Joel: Pardon me if you already know this. In addition to the MEV itself, you will need the MEV OT and NT Reverse Interlinears. Unfortunately, those aren't sold individually. The lowest-priced packages they are

I think there's just one English edition and one Latin edition, and then a bundle of both. It's probably a bit obvious, but if you're interested in either or both, be sure to check the various Verbum packages first.

The girls have picked them every one. When will they ever learn?

Greg: Your post count has obviously been reset. Not sure if that's related.

An alternative is the Courses Tool. (I think if you have purchased any L9 base package, you have this.) Tools-->Courses Enter the course number in the search box. The course will appear, even if you don't own it. Click on the course and a description will be followed by a list of suggested resources, each with a symbol indicating if you own it.

I think the silence from Faithlife here on the separate notes resource question, along with the statement on the product page ('contains updated text and notes') means there will be no separate notes resource. Reading with footnotes displayed is going to be too cumbersome. I think my best alternative will be to use it in a link set with Power Lookup

Hi Songo: Faithlife sells a number of different editions of books. 'Logos Research' editions are the fully (or near-fully) tagged editions with the features most of us are accustomed to. They are suitable for academic use. 'Logos Reader' editions (a fairly recent development) are somewhat less-fully tagged, but have the virtue of (generally) being released

Hi John: Additional note: I frequently have difficulty making 'swipe here' / 'swipe there' work. Maybe it's a peripheral vision issue; not sure. So, if you're 'gesture-challenged', as I am, you can tap the 'kebob' menu at the far-right for that layout and choose Delete from the popup. (Android; maybe iOS too)

Bump for Monday attention.
I am encouraged to hear that Logos is working on this feature.
Hi Todd: Don't get too encouraged: Point 1: Since Graham made that observation in 2013, we have been told, in so many words, 'it isn't going to happen'. On the other hand: Point 2: I had totally given up on another oft-requested feature, Read Aloud on the

I think Evil Pre-order Deals are probably equally due to the world, the flesh, and Satan.

Hi Roy: I don't speak Spanish either (but I hear it around the house a lot ). But I can tell you that you're in luck Providence: Fundamentos is currently $50. The behavior you describe is the Corresponding Words Visual Filter, and it is part of Fundamentos.

Happy Birthday, Brother Mark! The birthday program was still in effect as late as last month. Mine was the 12th of last month, and I received the email on the 1st or 2nd. But, mine has come from the Logos German store for the past 3-4 years; not sure why. So, check your various email folders for non-English emails. I believe I have read others noting

Interesting that they work on my Win10 desktop; that led me to the conclusion that the other methods used the server and the desktop uses something local.

When I watch Guthrie's Hebrews Book Study (NT361) on Faithlife TV or an Android phone, the three videos referenced below do not play. This happens on the Roku app, the Fire TV app, and Android 9 w/ current mobile beta. On Roku, it pops back to the video menu. On Fire TV, it goes to a black screen and sits there. On Android, the metadata displays, then
The NET Bible (2nd Edition) automatically downloaded this morning.
I also note that, while the NT RVI also downloaded, the OT RVI hasn't appeared yet. EDIT: The front matter indicates that the print edition has a different arrangement of the notes. While I see the notes by way of popup, I don't see a separate resource
