For me, I LIKE having multiple editions of the same title. I put a lot of value into being able to follow links from quotes back to their source. IF book 1 cites book 2 edition 1, and I have book 2 edition 2, the links won't work. So I try to have the titles and editions that are referenced where i can. I have several bdag for instance, and I'm ok with

Spurgeon (one of my favorites) is also a phenomenal example of the heights that can be reached without (much - just a year of academy, which isn't seminary) formal education.

[quote user="1Cor10:31"] I found one book of Billy Sunday in Logos. Peeked inside and found a quote I really like: One hundred percent belief in the Christian religion is as necessary to a preacher as knowledge of mathematics is to an engineer. One of the outcomes of my musing over the question that has piqued my interests (why I believe what I believe

Not that I recall, but IF I did, then they shouldn't have sent me the email. I'm not offended, but think of the confusion for people that don't use the forum. Secondly, On the page that shows the courses available to the promotion it shows my price as being zero till it hits the cart. Which is also confusing. Edit: Especially with Faithlife's history

  • L9 Course Promotion not working as expected.

Got this email this morning, so I clicked the link, was given a code and attempted to use it for a mobile Ed course that was featured prominently on the list, and was given the error “invalid code”. since it’s broken I assume I don’t need to block it out? and then I got this:

To be fair, the other version is basically an ebook. Logos puts in a lot more effort to ensure all the tagging and milestones are accurate and in place. Sure you can buy the little 125cc "moto" off alibaba for 300$. But it won't ever really compare to a Ducati Superleggera ($100k) superbike. If transportation is the most important part (or biblical

alot of it depends on the publisher also. Zondervan stuff... you're lucky to see it on sale once a year or once in a few years. Other publishers are a little more lenient, and when things are in base packages you're golden. I have aprox 16000 titles at the moment, and have paid an average of 1.16 per book.
