Did some more investigating this morning and determined that our wireless remote was the problem. Once we unplugged it and plugged it back in it worked fine. Sorry should have looked at this before I posted in the forums. Sorry to waste your time.

Ours was on Sunday morning around 11:00-11:30. I am posting this but also was just reminded by our sound booth guy that we also had an issue of Safari not scrolling properly afterwards. So the issue may or may not be Proclaim.

We also were using a USB remote. We have been using that ever since we started using Proclaim 2-3 years ago. There was no one using the app in control mode.

We have also had the same problem twice now. But I don't have the log files.

I updated to 6.4 SR-3, but still having this issue. I can login using ctrl and it works okay but can't go to homepage.

I can check this, but I have trouble thinking it is a driver issue when it is on 2 different windows computers and when the video plays fine outside of proclaim.

Some uploaded videos are choppy and upside down when played in proclaim. Details: -All computers running latest version of Proclaim. -Videos uploaded on a Windows 8 64-bit computer. -On Mac running Mavericks some videos played in proclaim are upside down and choppy. -On both the computer the videos were uploaded from and an additional computer running
