• Re: Displaying Greek Characters.
I did some investigation and it looks like the SBL BibLit font was not being used correctly when chosen for Greek text. A fix for this issue will

  • Re: adding continuous loop

Hello Steve, You are correct that we do not have the feature to embed a loop containing multiple ServiceItems within the middle of a presentation. If you can't achieve your desired behavior with the repeat function and a single ServiceItem with multiple slides here is something to try: Add your desired loop items to the post-service loop. Then when

  • Re: Adding Background Audio to a Video

I do want to clarify however that in the vast majority of cases you shouldn't have to use the method I described above. Simply adding the audio somewhere before the video, setting the video to "use background audio", and making sure audio playlist settings are set right should be sufficient.

  • Re: Adding Background Audio to a Video

Hello Jennifer, Hunter is correct that currently there is no option to do this for a Video service item. However one thing to note is that you can upload a video to be used as "motion background" for content service items. So in your case it would be possible to create a content service item, go to the background tab and click the "FILE..." button and

  • Re: Audio

Hello Michael, The best way to accomplish this would be to set the audio duration to just be for that particular service item. You can find the setting for this at the bottom of the popup that comes up when you click on the green audio speaker icon: This will cause the Audio to automatically stop when transitioning away from that service item. There

  • Re: Changing order of service

Hello Chris, Currently this functionality is not available, however there is still a feature that will save you work in this case. If you click on the open menu to bring up your presentations and then right-click a presentation (control click on Mac) you can duplicate that presentation. This will allow you to make your 8:30 presentation, duplicate it

  • Re: Pre Service Loop
How do I manually advance the presentation beyond the pre-service loop onto the next slide? No amount of 'double clicking' or 'double arrowing' will move things along...
I could be wrong but it sounds like you are on a single-monitor setup and are trying to figure out how to advance past the pre-service loop while on-air (when the only

  • Re: music file compatibility?

Hi Shannon, We don't have any plans yet to support other music formats. As an iTunes user myself I can understand the frustration, but the good news is that iTunes does allow you to create .mp3 versions of your songs. I can't remember the exact steps off the top of my head, but a google search will. Hope this helps, Jeremy
