    How do you set up multiple groups, when I go to create one it says I need to purchase an on air license which I already have. Is there a restriction based on what level I have purchased?

    Okay, I've been busy and haven't had time to deal with this, but today I once again removed proclaim from our presentation computer and reloaded it. Same issue as before (see above). I've attached the most recent Crash Logs. Thanks for your help. 1016.Proclaim.log

    Okay, so I tried to follow the navigation you gave above to move the Proclaim folder to my desktop. Got to "VGC Video". After that there is no "Local Settings" folder. I did a search of the entire computer there is no "Proclaim Application Data" folder. Next, I uninstalled Proclaim, again, then re-installed it. This time when I opened the program, instead

    7180.Proclaim.log Proclaim worked perfect the first time we used it two weeks ago. Upon opening to set up show for next week, Proclaim downloaded automatic updates. After updates were loaded, the log in screen came up. Put in my email address and password, log in process began, then a windows error screen popped up and the program froze. Had to Ctrl
