John, I have followed up with you via email so I can take a closer look at the Powerpoint in question. I'll repeat here a snippet of what I wrote for the benefit of the forums: When we import Powerpoints, we do so by converting the slides to images. When there is an issue like the one you are experiencing, it typically means there is some element within

Hi Dick. I responded to your other forum post here: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/67137.aspx Could you please post the Proclaim logs when you experience this error? I'm not able to reproduce this issue, so perhaps we could find out more from your logs. You can find instructions on how to locate and post your logs here: http://community.logos.com

Hello Dick. I'm not entirely sure what you are experiencing. Could you tell me, step by step, what you are doing? You say you have a service item selected from the left pane in the Order of Service, presumably by clicking on it and having it highlighted with a yellow line around it. You say you are then unable to click and select a different service

Hi Laura. You shouldn't have to delete anything. As far as the PPT goes, these can sometime take a little time because they first have to convert the slides to images. In order for us to be able to take a look at what is causing these errors for you, though, we will need to look at your logs. You can find instructions on how to post those here: http

This will appear if you are using a piece of media from Graceway Media in your presentation and you do not have a subscription for it. All you have to do is remove that piece of media from your presentation and the message will go away.

Hello Brian, Did you add the image as a local only file, or "upload and sync to group"? Does it do this every time you try to add it?
