This is currently no plan to add clippings support to the mobile apps. I can't speak as to the "why" of that, because I'm not the one who makes decisions on what features do or don't get added to mobile (that comes from higher up the food chain ). I do know that the rankings of feature requests on UserVoice have some effect on what features we develop
By a fortunate happenstance I have come across a selection in Settings which allows Report typos to be checked (active) and unchecked (blocked). This is the situation for my Amzn Fire HD; it appears however that my iphone 5S lacks this capability I find this to be unfortunate, something that I hope will be addressed with an update

I just talked to James about this and there's definitely a bug here. Donnie, do you happen to remember if you typed your password incorrectly at first when reauthenticating? We think the bug is that when you type your password incorrectly, the app sends a "sign out" message and wipes your data. That certainly shouldn't happen, but it would be nice to

No, this feature is not yet available on Android. iOS has additional visual filter options that Android doesn't have and Android has a rich text editor for notes that iOS doesn't have. We don't plan on implementing these two missing features in the immediate future, but that could possibly change depending on customer demand.

I can't speak authoritatively on product design, since for the most part, the mobile developers were given a spec for the Every Day Bible app and we implemented the spec. However...I think the purpose of Every Day Bible is to complement the Logos-owned/Lexham Press devotional Connect the Testaments . The app does not let you use any reading plan you

We did release a version of the app that supported immersive mode, but we removed the feature because we found it wasn't especially useful for our app. Immersive mode is good for apps that stay on a single content screen, but our app frequently requires use of the back button for switching between resources, and immersive mode hides the back button
nvm, I just figured it out that i put restriction under General > Restriction > Photo. I can save the the image now.
Great, glad you got things working!
Btw Drew, how come the book font size on the right side is so small?? can they be bigger or placed somewhere else?
Unfortunately, no. That's

Did you disallow Bible Screen from accessing your Photos? If you check Settings -> Privacy, see if the switch next to Bible Screen is turned off. If I turn that switch to off, my iPad shows the same results as your screenshot. The app needs permission to write to your photos in order to save the images.
yes, in fact i just downloaded the app couple hours ago.
Any chance we could see a screenshot? That might help figure out what's going on.
Dave Dunkin... Im using ipad air...i dont have "save image" button.
I'm also using an iPad Air and I see the save image button here: Are you sure you're using the latest version of the app (2.0.1.113)?

The problem has been fixed on the server, now we're just waiting on the server to re-index some resources, which usually takes about 24 hours. Sorry for the delay, but once that finishes, we should be all set.
-
Okay, figured out what's going on. There's an issue with the metadata the server is returning for the resource " Malachi: Easy Doesn’t Change the World". This is causing the library catalog update to fail for anyone who owns that resource. The good news is that this can be fixed with a server-side change, which we'll be looking into as soon as someone

I think we were just able to reproduce the issue and we're looking into it. It appears not to affect everyone, which is interesting.

There are several misconceptions in this thread.
I saw a video made by Logos that said it would work on tablets and smartphones, however, it did not go into the specifics
Yes, this is correct. You can access both the Greek and Hebrew audio pronunciations through the Bible Word Study tool. When you do a Bible
I did a clean install from the Amazon app store. Everything seems to work fine except the today's readings section will not populate. The grayed out wheel to the left simply spins counter-clockwise and "loading" is shown next to it. This has gone on for hours. I am running 4.3.7 on a Kindle Fire HD 8.9
This almost certainly

Good news! I think the feature you're asking for already exists. If you tap on the verse picker button while you have a Bible open, then tap the "Recent" tab, you should see the following screen: This shows you your recently visited references, and gives you the ability to "pin" references to the top of the list by pressing the pin icon on the right
If streaming isn't an option for you the desktop application allows you to download all of the video media to your hard drive for offline use. Here again, Logos will select the bit rate to use based on your internet connection speed.
Mobile Ed videos can also be downloaded on Mobile (iOS/Android) by clicking the
I am currently using 4.3.3 on my Samsung Galaxy 3 tab and I can't find how to update to 4.3.7. Do I just have to install the new version from scratch? Appreciate some guidance. Thanks in anticipation.
Hey Paul, Check out this page for instructions on how to upgrade your Android apps via Google Play. It also gives
Still having issues with Greek character display. Noticed it in exegetical guide this time. Seems to be vowels with breathing marks and certain accent marks.
All the guides (Topic Guide, Exegetical Guide, Bible Word Study, Passage Guide) plus the Text Comparison tool are generated on the Logos servers and delivered
