• Does anyone use The Targums from the files of the Comprehensive Aramaic Lexicon Project

I have this in my Scholar Edition, but I have not idea how to use it. I tool 1/2 of a semester of Hebrew before I had drop out due to needing to work and finishing my last semester of college. I so wanted to take this, but the professor said that this was a 12 hour course in his opinion that I would only get 3 credit hours for, but I had to study like

  • Re: Passage Guide - Compare Version Section

I don't use it because I have no idea how to use it. Maybe there is a setting that would allow me to see how it works. I just see a bunch of lines with colors and nothing else. Obviously, I am new to Logos 4, so I may just be ignorant of how it works.

I get a very delayed response in Logos when I am typing in notes. Is this normal? Are there any settings to speed this up? Is there any way to do my notes in Word and then just cut paste in without losing the formatting?
Is there a way to search the Greek for Hapax Legamenas? One time occurrences of Greek words in the NT?
I took Greek, but this is not drawing a memory for me... define Hapax Legamenas for me, please?
MyTag's are created in L4, and only recently sync with the mobile app. Currently, they are not as useful as they could be, because you can't use a "MyTag" syntax to find books. In the screen shot below, I have two "MyTag's" applied: Vyrso and Family. In the library search panel, you can use these MyTags to search, but some might
Robert - out of curiosity, are you on Mac or PC?
Thank you for your question... I am actually in both. I have a Mac at home and a Windows for work. I use my iPhone and iPad at work, home and church regularly. I really enjoy having the ability to do my work anywhere or seeing my notes anywhere (when tied to a verse)
As you are aware (having beta tested other iOS apps), each developer is limited in the number of beta testing devices they are allowed, so the beta testing is "private" rather than "public." Logos does extend invitations every now and then. Perhaps someone at Logos will see your interest.
Yes, I am aware and was hoping

  • Re: App update

I have done a lot of beta testing for apps on the iPhone and iPad for different folks. Does Logos ever need extra beta testers? Just curious if they could use a volunteer on several platforms. On a side note, thank you for letting us know.

I used my last vote for this. Excellent recommendations. Your 'unofficial' training videos are simply outstanding and are the one reason why I am keeping my Logos software even if I cannot afford the commentary set (or better yet, the few commentaries in the set) that I want to get. Thank you for doing things so excellently unto the Lord. Shine that

  • Re: Prayer Lists - iPhone app

I just cast 3 votes for this. I have always wanted my prayer list integrated. I used the apps that are currently available; however, they are not very developed and always stop expanding them. This is a good place to integrate them.

  • Re: Question: Why is there not an OT and NT separate offering of the New International Commentary
Robert, if it's of interest to you, I believe you can buy the four volume upgrade set for NICOT/NICNT without having to buy the full set. If the particular volumes in the upgrade set do interest you, this could be a good way of getting to know this commentary set before making the much larger investment for the whole set.
Robert - Perhaps a simplified layout will make it more clear. In the screen shot below, the ESVSB notes are on the right (highlighted in yellow). The ESV text is on the left. The corresponding biblical text to the study notes is the section highlighted in red.
Thank you! Great example.
