The development team is investigating this issue and we hope to have a resolution soon. If you

  • Logos Crash when using FL Studio 11

Hello Everybody, We just wanted to take a moment to let you know about a software conflict we recently discovered with " FL Studio 11 " on Windows. It appears the FL Studio (formerly Fruity Loops) uses a special Audio Compression Manager which may cause Logos to crash when playing compressed audio files (namely, MP3 format). For full details, please

  • Re: Strange Issue with Journals Purchase at Logos.com

Hi Nathan, Thank you for bringing this up. I've been looking into this for you, and a few others, with our Publishing department and it looks like the "Theological Journal Library" was never licensed to include Bibliotheca Sacra volumes 1-90. TJL Vol 1-5 started at BibSac Vol 91. If you're interested in having access to BibSac 1-90 (1844-1933), there

Testing edit function. Edited successfully. Dan, are you still having difficulty editing? This seems to be working for me. If you're getting the same error, I'd like to ask you to please clear your temporary internet files and Logos cookies, then retry. I'll report it to our website team to investigate if that doesn't resolve the issue.

  • Re: sign-in problem

Hi Michael, I apologize for the inconvenience. As Bradley mentioned, this is a problem caused by incorrect permissions on your keypairs directory, but I suspect we may need to work up to this directory, by first correcting permission on its parents. You may want to go through all 3 commands outlined in our support article: https://www.logos.com/support

Hi Tom, this message is caused by a problem with your firewall/security settings or a problem with the Windows installer service (BITS). We've got some information on our website to help: https://www.logos.com/support/logos5/windows/firewall (written for Logos 5, but the same principals apply to Proclaim)

Hi Robert, Please forgive my ignorance. I'm not a Hebrew scholar by any means, but I would be glad to assist as best I can. Can you describe to me what's missing in your screenshot?

  • Re: Basics of Biblical Hebrew

Hello Robert, Thank you for sharing this issue with us. We're happy to assist you. As this issue is not reproducible outside of your computer, it is likely your computer or local copy of Logos is mis-configured somehow. My first suspicion is that something has corrupted your Windows Presentation Foundations (WPF) Fontcache . To attempt to repair this

  • Re: Can't use logos 5!

Hello David, I apologize for the difficulty. I'd strongly recommend reading through our Performance Optimizing article to see if that helps. If you're using a Mac, especially, we can get a significant performance increase by un-linking Text Comparison as described in the article (we're working on a way to improve this in the future). If that doesn't

  • Re: Significant Problems with the Bible Sense Lexicon

I'll see what I can find out, but I think that according to BSL, that specific "anguish" sense does not apply to Je 4:19. The sense "entrails (compassion)" applies to the Je 4:19 usage. This sense also applies to the same lemma in Je 31:20, Job 30:27, Ps 40:8, Song 5:4, Isa 16:11 and Lam 1:20 and 2:11. I think the confusing thing is that BSL is almost

Hey Rick, When you update your profile email, that becomes your login. Unless you are downgrading to Libronix DLS, you will always use the most currently updated email with any Logos website, service or application.

  • Re: Significant Problems with the Bible Sense Lexicon

Hey Mark, I'd be glad to look into this for you. I don't know much about Hebrew, but if I can get an understanding of where the issue is, maybe I can get someone involved who knows more on the topic. Please confirm if I'm following correctly: I opened Jeremiah 4:19 in the ESV and generated a BWS for "anguish" (מֵעֶה - h:me'eh). One of the definitions

  • Re: Change Login and Email Address

Hey Guys, Just to clarify: Yes, updating your profile does change your contact and sign-in email for Logos. No, it does not change your "Customer ID", but that ID is merely a unique identifier for your license in the back end. It should already be linked to your Logos.com account/profile and unless you're still using the old Libronix DLS, there is no
