I looked into this, and it appeared to be an infinite loop in WPF text layout. I'm not sure yet if it's something we can work around, or not.
Thanks Bradley Truth is I can't think of many times when I'd want to look at more than one verse in this way its just where sentences are split across two or more

Thanks, Wayne and all, for the helpful feedback. We're working on some quick adjustments here.
At the very least it should remember your choice. I've very fed up of clicking on "Pay In Full" every time I visit a Logos web page.
Yes Bradley show differences is on.

Bit more detail. The problem seems to be triggered if I try and compare more than one verse so: Ephesians 1:4 works file While Ephesians 1:4-5 causes a problem It looks like Logos is looping trying to display the output on the screen as the last couple of Bible's keep redisplaying. If I use more verses you don't see the redisplay issue as the screen

From memory the spilt between Zwingli and the Anabaptists centred on his agreeing with them in theory but refusing to support them in practice. In two short months the relationship between Zwingli and Grebel had deteriorated rapidly. The cause, however, is not difficult to discover. Grebel and Stumpf seem to have taken a position somewhat more advanced

I just opened a text comparison window with 14 Bibles, the CPU went above 60% and has stayed there for 15 minutes and shows no sign of reducing. Logos is still working properly but is a bit slow! I am on the current stable release.
With an increasing number of base packages, it's time for a 'horizontal' comparison,
This is a great point Mark, the new structure of base packages gives the new customer a great range of choice but you are correct that the denominational labels do not guarantee the right package. Another thing that would be useful
Sounds like a bug. I think I'll go the collection route.
I had the same problem this week with different Bibles ended up creating a collection. Think you are right about this being a bug.

Hi Robert the NASB 77 does not have a reverse interlinear.

This is a great Pentecostal Resource from the denomination that I am part of in the UK. https://www.logos.com/product/44592/challenges-of-black-pentecostal-leadership-in-the-21st-century

I heard that Logos were represented at our General Assembly. Does this mean that we could be seeing some of the Church of God (Cleveland, Tennessee) books in a future Pentecostal Base Package?
-
Thanks Denise and Todd - so much for me being right but at least this is another day when I have learnt something! (Happens every day BTW)

Open the LXX that you have and navigate to the verse. If you have the active Bible set to Jeremiah 29:13 when you open the LXX it should go there automatically. Text should be something like: ὅτι κατʼ ἐμαυτοῦ ὤμοσα, λέγει Κύριος, ὅτι εἰς ἄβατον καὶ εἰς ὀνειδισμὸν, καὶ εἰς κατάρασιν ἔσῃ ἐν μέσῳ αὐτῆς, καὶ πᾶσαι αἱ πόλεις αὐτῆς ἔσονται ἔρημοι εἰς αἰῶνα
-
If I understand the question correctly you want to use the base package as a filter so that you can see what a student with that base package would see when you create a collection i.e. base:silver title:holiness As far as I know there is no system base package tag, this is probably due to the way that the packages change based on whether publishers
Hi, I have two questions. Does anyone know how to restore my Logos Bible Software 4 in my new computer or i pad? How many times can I restore my software in different devices? Thank you so much.
You just need to install it on the new computer using the installer from the web site and when the install finishes

The prices of these produces is way too expensive otherwise.
I don't think they are way too expensive. I just think they are too expensive for me.
Agree that the pricing is in line with other similar offerings that I have seen BUT if we could get this stuff through CP at a little

Clearly on another planet! Just noticed it yesterday, even though I use right click in Logos every day! Really sad part is when I clicked the link I remembered the thread...
-
This is showing as a right click option even though I do not have or use Proclaim. Is this just a feature of the Beta while the code is being developed? Is there a chance the the Send to functionality could be extended to OneNote and EverNote?

The Journal of the European Pentecostal Theological Association would be another great addition: http://www.eptaonline.com/

I wonder if they are paying to display the advert on the pages displayed to those of us who live outside the US.
