Kevin, I see the Google Nexus 7 with 16 or 32 GB storage, 1 or 2 GB RAM, and with different processors. How do I tell the new from the old model? Seven inch seems like a good size to me. How good is the 1280 x 800 display compared to the Nook HD+ 1920 x 1280 9 inch display which I can get for $150 (16GB) or 180 (32GB)? I gather that Jelly Bean is the

Lynden, You've lost me on # 4 - Ice Cream Sandwich? OS: 4.0 - is that on an Android? # 5 - What is Google Play? Thanks

Dan Please help me understand why a reverse interlinear would require a WiFi connection . Thanks

The Nook you mentioned, will it run Logos 5 in an Android app?

By reader hardware, I mean how I will be using Logos. Primarily to read passages at Sunday services instead of using print bible. I will not be running passage guides, exegetical guides or word studies. Mostly following the message, occasionally looking at original language text and maybe some word lookup.

I am looking for a Logos 5 reader hardware device for portable use. I have NO working knowledge of these hardware platforms and need solid advice. My budget is 200.00 or less. Need decent battery life. Need enough storage for Logos 5 & at least a dozen resources - Reverse Interlinear such as ESV. Maybe 4-6 Hebrew & Greek Lexicons. A few commentaries

I found the AUDLEB.logos4 in the following path - C:\Users\{User Name}\AppData\Local\Logos5\Data\{random string}\ResourceManager\Downloaded\LLS_AUBLEB When I copied AUDLEB.logos4 to the C:\Users\{User Name}\AppData\Local\Logos5\Data\{random string}\ResourceManager\Resources and restarted Logos 5, it made no difference. Something needs to happen programmatically

Isaiah, Thanks for the heads-up. I am anxious to see and use the new NIV OT reverse-interlinear. I am wondering if it will have the new Logos 5 interlinear features of Root, Root transliteration, & Sense as well as the typical manuscript and lemma transliterations which I do not see displayed in the sample. Perhaps a snapshot of the "Display" option

Does anyone know how to mark a forum which was accidently 'Marked as Read" be marked UNREAD? Tech support was not any help on this. I had a fat thumb or some such - ouch!!!

Rick, It's nice to get a credible response from a Logos person. I understand it's still not ready. However, Yesterday morning it was on the L5 resource list, as it was on L4, and now it's not on the L5 resource list. If I were to pay Logos they way Logos delivers this resource (waiting some 2 years now), Logos would not be very happy. But I am keeping

I see that the NIV English–Hebrew Reverse Interlinear was removed from the LOGOS 5 Interlinear Bibles content yesterday. This resource was supposed to be a Logos 4.0 deliverable which we paid for. What is going On?????
-
When will the NIV English–Hebrew Reverse Interlinear be available? We've been patiently waiting for its release. Logos, please reply. Thanks

This extensive selection and very good translation from the works of Luther were made in the late 1940s by a Lutheran scholar, Ewald Plass, who had excellent German- and Latin-lnguage skills. His generation of Lutheran clergymen in America was possibly the last to have these necessary skills in such depth. Luther's German is now antique and often obscure

Tommy, Yes, I am refering to text from the body of the note. If I click on the note icon and "open" the note, the foreground and background colors are there. If I just hover over the note icon and get the popup dialog, the foreground and background colors are NOT there in the popup.
-
I have used foreground and background colors in my note content, in this case, a note created from a Biblical Reference. When I am in the Bible and hover over the note icon, the popup appears. It's content has my use of bolding, italiciaing, and underlining. However, foreground and background colors do not appear. Is there something I must do to turn

Well NB.Mick, thanks! Perhaps it is because I am posting bugs in the wrong forum, either General, Logos 4 Windows, or Suggestions that the bug problems are not being addressed. I have been waiting well over a year for this to get fixed. Wouldn't it make sence for Logos to have a Forum for reporting bugs and errors? To me, a bata forum is for testing

When the Build Book process encounters a particular type of character string, it incorrectly interprets the string as a bible book abbreviation and gives a bible reference hyperlink where there should not be any and the incorrect text is output. One example of this follows his dear Son:” what is output follows his dear Song of Solomon where Song of
