Thank you! Yes, there are no controls to turn off the "show differences" (or however one might word that) display regardless of language.
-
I would appreciate your help voting for this on the feedback site: https://feedback.faithlife.com/boards/logos-mobile-app/posts/turn-off-highlight-differences-in-mobile-text-comparison I very frequently turn to text comparison on my iPhone to see a verse in an English translation and several ancient versions. Currently, there is no way to tell the mobile

I would very much like to see the 2019 ACNA Book of Common Prayer released in Logos.

Well, that is exciting.

Almost finished with these. They are definitely worth your time—simple and clear.

I want to chime in and say packages really are the way to go. The discount you get on resources in packages is stunning. Spend time going through the denominational packages, and don't let the denominational title given to any package turn you away. There are great things in each one. Keep notes on what you can get on each package and work your way

Added my vote, but I didn't even realize the ESV Apocrypha was available in the Catholic Edition. That's fantastic.
-
I just made a big package purchase (Verbum Diamond) despite the fact that L10 is coming soon. I decided not to wait because (1) the current package is a great value, (2) I want to benefit from the resources now and not wait until the fall, (3) there is no guarantee the L10 packages will be any better.

I recommend Anchor if you can catch it on sale. I wrote three posts about it here: https://brianwdavidson.com/2022/04/05/multiple-posts-anchor-yale-bible-commentary-in-logos/ WBC would be more right leaning, though.

I think you just need a smooth breathing mark on that alpha.

This MO works pretty well too: lemma:συν* OR lemma:συγ* OR lemma:συζ* Ha! I see Dave's post now, and he's already said this (better)

The link broke for some reason. I added a third post about using the series on a mobile device. https://brianwdavidson.com/2022/04/05/multiple-posts-anchor-yale-bible-commentary-in-logos/

I wrote a couple posts detailing my experience with AYB in Logos. For those of you that might be interested, I linked to both posts here: https://brianwdavidson.com/2022/04/04/multiple-posts-anchor-yale-bible-commentary-in-logos/

What determines the order of the versions in Text Comparison? The order of the resources listed in the collection doesn't seem to be it. The order of the resources in my prioritization list doesn't seem to determine it either.
-
I find Goldingay’s Psalms commentary to be the most helpful I’ve ever used.
-
Thanks. I have a few of the first volumes published in the series and have always liked them.
-
Is the current discount on BECNT about as good as it gets with these books or have you all seen better?

This seems like a really good deal. Thoughts? https://www.logos.com/product/177155/the-old-and-new-testament-library-series-otl-ntl
