  • Re: I own a Windows tablet and would like a better Logos app for it

This remains one of the most upsetting things about LOGOS. I have not purchased any upgrades or new resources since they dropped their support for Windows mobile devices. I'm sorry, I'm not switching to iOS or android just for my Bible software. But my really crummy Bible app on my surface pro and my Nokia Lumia, is a constant reminder of how I lost

  • [resolved] How do I change which Bibles open up when I search a text?

I have been a Logos user for a long time now, and this problem has driven me crazy. I have searched and searched the forums and never found an answer. Please help. When I go to the home page of the software and type in a Biblical text, hit enter, all sorts of information pops up. One of those is a window that has a number of Bible tabs I can click and

  • Re: Microsoft Surface

I admit, I spewed far more vitriol than was necessary. In large part, I still grieve over having originally bought a Surface RT, and discovered how impractical the LOGOS app was compared to the Android version I had used previously. Here's the thing, the LOGOS app for Windows is functional. You can read it like a book. But if you suddenly decide you

I know LOGOS is a business, and it has to make decisions according to the statistics available. Windows 8.1 platform just isn't being adopted by that many. I do have to wonder, however, if the percentage is a little higher among clergy. I know I have seen a number of other pastors in my area pick up a Surface Pro for their work. I'm not sure what other

  • Re: Microsoft Surface

Full blown Logos has always been available on Surface Pro. This not new to just Surface Pro 3. The world is very slowly (VERY SLOWLY) waking up to the fact that Microsoft has actually done what many of us had hoped Apple would have done with the iPad. They have given us a tablet that can replace our laptop. For pastors like me, who are frequently NOT

I would love to know how much you get for your RT when you sell it. I am on the verge as well. I love the Surface, but heavily rely on LOGOS for my studying. I'm actually a little surprised that Logos isn't reading this forum, and thinking, "hey, I wonder if there is a way for us to be capitalizing on this trend instead of Microsoft?"

I would also add the ability to download resources. I would be willing to pay as well. Maybe closer to $50.

I know you have to run a business, and the market share for Windows tablets is not high, but I am incredibly sad. I liked the app for my Android tablet, but I couldn't use my Android tablet for "real work," so I picked up a Surface RT. The Surface RT is incredibly superior to the Android tablets in terms of getting work done, but now I have this crummy
