  • Re: Who were the $500 Wish List Winners?

The announcement is coming soon; we just have to contact the winners first, and sometimes people don't reply quickly (even to such good news).

  • Re: Free Dead Sea Scrolls Download From Rose Publishing

I apologize for the problem. As NB.Mick correctly noted, this is a partner site, and we can't directly control what happens. Obviously, we don't want you to have this kind of experience from a Partner Offers send, and we're working with the partner to resolve the issue, if possible.

  • Re: Share your wishlist?

The reference to sharing in the email was included because of miscommunication, and shouldn't have been there. Sorry for the confusion. All you need to do to enter is add products to your wish list between today and November 20. Thanks for checking, and good luck!

The $10 header text in the inbox was accidentally carried over from another email. Sorry for the confusion.

  • Re: August Birthday Certificates

Hi James, According to our email system, you should have received the email with the coupon code. It might be in your spam folder. If it helps you search for it, the subject line of the email is "Happy birthday! Celebrate with $20 on us" If you still can't find it, let me know, and it we'll get the coupon code to you ASAP.

  • Re: Is Faithlife still offering birthday month promotions?

Hi Jeremy, Do you have your birth date filled out in your Faithlife profile? If you add that (and you're signed up for the Personalized Offers list), you'll get the birthday email next times your birthday comes around. [quote user="JeremyS"] this is the first i've ever heard of the birthday month thing.. and i'm subscribed to just about all the email

Receiving the emails does require being subscribed to the Personalized Offers email list. If you're not on that list, you won't receive the emails, so you might want to check your subscription status at https://www.logos.com/account/mailinglists . If you have any other questions, please let me know.

Hi Doc B, I just looked into the email for the birthday notification, and you should have received it. You might want to check your spam folder (the subject line would be "Happy birthday: celebrate with a $20 gift certificate"). If you're still unable to find it, please let me know, and I'll make sure you get the correct code.

  • Re: This Has Become a Constant Problem...Why?

The two products in your cart that aren't showing a discount were products from April's monthly sale. From what I understand, cookies / caches can sometimes cause old products to remain in the search for a time after we remove them. I apologize for any confusion. When in doubt, check the product page. It will always correctly display the price.

  • Re: This Has Become a Constant Problem...Why?

David, what are you currently seeing? EDIT: The monthly sale faceted search you link to should only be showing May's current deals. It's possible that the sale prices aren't displaying, but the products should be on sale. Could you provide a screenshot if you're seeing some different?

  • Re: Anyone Know the Product of the Month for April?

This month's top product is the Understanding the Bible Commentary Series: New Testament , at 32% off. There is dynamic pricing enabled, so you'll pay less if you already own some of the volumes.

David, It looks like those are products that were on sale in February, but that we somehow missed removing from the monthly sale search results. I apologize for the confusion.

  • Re: Logos Monthly Sale March, "Allelon Missional Series" and "Classical Arminianism" no discount

Hi James, Those products were on sale last month. We have to remove books from the Monthly Sale search results manually, so because yesterday was a Sunday, those books remained until this morning. That, and web browser caches combined would show resources not on sale. I'm sorry for any confusion.

  • Re: Broken up collections notifications

Francis, thanks for the great idea! This is definitely something we'll look into creating. It's always helpful to hear what types of notifications people want to receive.
