My Logos 9 mobile is not syncing today…Are there still issues? Thank you

Hello is the current sync challenge related to the Mobile App? I have found it almost impossible to utilize it on my iPad for the last couple of days….When I go to switch books, the app freezes and it takes quite awhile to actually switch books. I have no other problems with any app on the iPad but the Logo App.. Thank you

Is it beneficial to uninstalling the app after a long period of time and then reinstalling it to refresh the program to respond quicker? I am finding that my Logos 9 is starting to slow down. I have a Surface Pro 6 with not a lot of programs installed. Thank you

Hello i read that the Thompson Chain Reference series was going to be available as of today (03/04/2022), however I have not seen it yet. Does anyone know if in fact it will be available today? Paul

I would like to ask this community to join me in praying for the 17 Missionaries and their families that were kidnapped yesterday in Haiti. I emailed sales three different times, each with a response that someone would get back to me in a day or two. I tried webchat and it never connected. I guess it wasn’t meant to be....

I find that after I attach a note in the mobile app, I make sure I sync the data by going to the bottom of the app and chose the three lines at the right ( I call it the “hamburger icon”) and choose sync my data. This has worked for me to ensure it syncs between app and desktop.... Paul

Hello I just downloaded Logos 8 on to a new computer (Win 10). I had it on my previous PC. I now cannot get my previous collections or even create a new collection. In addition, when I run the passage guide, it doesn't recognize my library that is not actually downloaded....it is on the cloud.. What happened? Thank you! Paul
