  • Re: Group License thingy

Hi Phil. Maybe 60% of the time I know in advance of landing on the product page, whether I own the resource or not. As you mentioned, I do often arrive on the product page as a result of a query I run on any of your store fronts. However, there are numerous other avenues that bring me to the product pages for Logos, Verbum, and Ebooks sites. For instance

Thank you Celeste, for the explanation. I will post further comments in the other thread.

  • Re: Group License thingy

Phil, Prior to the implementation of the group licensing approach, if I went to the product page for any resource, I would immediately see whether I owned the product or not. Visually, it was instantaneous--very simple!. Now, I have to process what is going on. Maybe I have accidentally selected a physical book instead. It is simply confusing! At least

  • Weird Ownership Issue

In the last couple of days, I am seeing some weird ownership issues on the logos.com website. I have dozens of examples of books that I know I own, but are showing as available for purchase on the product page. I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing this. On the product page, it shows that it is available to purchase with the "Add to cart" button

  • Re: Older Commentaries on Luke 15:11-32

I have been in on the Speaker's Commentary since placing my bid on December 26, 2013! I also look forward to it eventually making it into production. As you may well know, archive.org has a lot of older commentaries not available in any of the various Bible software programs. So, you may want to dig around in archive.org for older commentaries that

  • Re: Lexham Context Commentary?

It's a few dollars off when you order it as part of the Lexham Press New Testament Commentaries Bundle (21 vols.). https://www.logos.com/product/189366/lexham-press-new-testament-commentaries-bundle It is the only product I do not own in the 21 volume bundle, so the dynamic pricing drops the 3-volume Context Commentary to $92.08 USD.

Does the following link work for you? https://www.logos.com/product/162594/matthew-introduction-translation-and-notes It was last on sale during March Madness 2019 for $33 USD. As is so often the case, the search engine on the Logos, Noet, ebooks.faithlife websites will not adequately locate books that are actually available on those sites. For instance

  • Re: Dennis Prager

Mike...I have both the Exodus and Genesis volumes in Kindle and I would re-purchase them in a flash if they were released as a Logos product. However, if released as Faithlife Ebooks, I would probably not buy them again. I have read his Exodus commentary and it is very good. Genesis is on my reading list. Interestingly, a book by the same author entitled

  • Re: Screencasts Moved to Appendix - ED201

Hi Miles. Thank you for your quick response. I do appreciate the logic behind moving the screencast videos to the end of the course, out of the 'main flow'. For someone like myself, having used Logos over a number of different versions, I don't have a challenge following the older videos. However, I can certainly empathize with the challenges facing

  • Screencasts Moved to Appendix - ED201

I am wondering why the Logos training and how-to videos have been moved to an Appendix for some courses? For instance, at the beginning of July 2019 when I started going through ED201 "Empowering God's People for Ministry", all of the Logos training and how-to videos were part of the flow of the course. I really appreciate this approach, as the training

Volume 3? Volume 4? We have volume 1,2, and 5 (Pre-Pub) available in Logos, but no mention of volumes 3 and 4. Same here! But, some of the specials are 'more' special than others. My favourite is the Genesis Study Collection! Price of $33.86 for NO additional books...that is really special! It is actually a bug with the "New to you" calculation! If you scroll to the bottom of each of the Collection pages you will see resources that truly are N2Y but not showing

  • Divine Reversal: The Transforming Ethics of Jesus

I believe "Divine Reversal" is duplicated on the logos.com website. I almost bought the product again, but thought...'hey, I think I have read this before...' The following link for Divine Reversal is part of the monthly (November) sale. The site shows that I do NOT own the resource...even though I do. https://www.logos.com/product/15843/divine-reversal

I own the 39 volume set and my dynamic price is $25.12 (USD) for the 41 volume set and I am missing two volumes: - Preaching in the New Testament: An Exegetical and Biblical-Theological Study - God's Mediators: A Biblical Theology of Priesthood

If you have FaithlifeTV, there is an interesting 2h 17m documentary called "The Submerging Church". The description is... What are Emergent Church leaders teaching that has so many of our current generation tuned in to their "doctrine," but tuned out to holy scripture? How have Emergent leaders captured the hearts and minds of unsuspecting people all
