If I could share an observation I made today. I try to keep records of everything. So today I spent the entire day and this evening saving all 224 WORDsearch Book Store Entries in my account before that is no longer available to separate PDFs. As I went through all 224 entries, and I suspect Logos Analysts already know this, but as older orders had

This is a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy , and grounds for termination of your account

How could they get my files? Above I mentioned my PC was hacked 3 time, but assumed they would be looking for identity stuff or account information to rob me, like the two ransomware tried to get me to pay them to unlock my PC. How would anyone know I had those files to take them? I would not believe a Christian would hack someone else's computer and

[quote user="Bradley Grainger (Faithlife)"] I reviewed the unlock files in the Cloud Backup for your account from 9/23. There were several hundred files with the name "estore_NNN.ulk". I wondered if these corresponded to Wordsearch Online Store orders, so I compared their contents to the CROSS IDs associated with the Product Codes for each Line Item

What has happened is that some of those resources have not been transferred to their Logos Accounts. That being true, and please put me right if it is not so, nobody has lost anything.
