I agree. The play along feature does not fit our use case and ends up being confusing to the point of not wanting to use it. I would also request that the "play along" ending be removable. Thanks!

I just noticed today that at some point Proclaim was updated with a "reset customizations" button similar to my mock-up. I just wanted to drop back in and say thanks for listening to your users and addressing concerns. Keep up the good work!

Hi Craig. I eventually fixed our issues, which sound just like yours, by updating video codecs. Specifically I installed the K-Lite Codec Pack Full, and doing so fixed all of our flicker issues. I have tried our presentation on a different computer running an intel 530 graphics chip, and the same flicker exists. It happens on only some video loops when the loop restart happens and the slide is transitioning at the same time. When the slide is not changing the loop happens seamlessly. Thanks. And yes, now that I understand the difference between the right click undo/keyboard shortcut and the "reset customizations" icon, my undo experience is much better! My staff and I have struggled with the "undo" feature in proclaim for a long time, which lead us to give up on proclaim having a working undo option. It was only this week that I realized why we were having such problems. We all had mistaken the "Reset Customizations" icon for an undo button. Now it seems obvious why anytime we hit undo it destroyed
