• Re: BUG: Grammars Guide listing resource but not showing search result
This is caused by a format change in the Grammars dataset that we didn't realise would be incompatible with 8.12. It is fixed by updating to 8.13 (which is currently in beta).
Thanks Bradley!
Welcome to the forums. I can't recreate the problem so I suspect it is related to indexing related to your hardware change. I suspect that logs would help identify the specific problem.
Just FYI for Tyler, I have not recent hardware changes, and as I said in my post linked above, I've already reindexed my entire library

Tyler, I'm having the same problem. Before I saw your post I reported it here: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/189988.aspx .
I believe this bug has already been reported but I don't have time at the moment to search for it.
I searched for it and didn't find anything which is why I reported it. There were other issues the sounded related but when I read the posts they were not the same.

For any other audio book / ebook or audio book / logos resource combination that I own, the "read aloud" function lets me choos from the audio book or the synthetic voice. However, the coronavirus resource has only the synthetic voice option. Again, I'm not complaining. Maybe it's like that

  • BUG: Grammars Guide listing resource but not showing result

My Grammars guide is not showing results when it should have results for a passage. It's showing the resources that have results for my passage but not actually listing out those results under each resource when you sort by 'resource'. When you sort by 'subject' it's not listing the resources with results at all, just language. See the picture below

The sale says "Get 30% off Any Verbum Package" so I would assume and hope it was just left out by mistake.
Just wondering why the The Lexham English Septuagint's Book of Enoch skips chapters 33-88, 90-108? It jumps from chapter 32 to chapter 89, and nothing after chapter 89. Online versions show that these chapters exist.
The greek version of the Book of Enoch (contained in the Lexham English Septuagint) has only survived partially

If you don't know for sure, please don't respond. I will contact Logos if no one knows. Thank you.
It's in our 2020 queue and will likely be done by the end of the year.
What other

  • Price The Bible for Everyone like other Bibles ($9.99)

Can Logos please price John Goldingay/NT Wright's The Bible for Everyone to be more in line with other bibles in the store ($9.99)? $29.99 is a bit steep for a bible.

I'm going through it right now. It's actually pretty decent. However, as others have said, Logos should have included a transcript, otherwise it's not much use after you watch the videos. He's saying a lot of good stuff, sure would have been nice to have it in writing, tagged, and searchable.
Here's a search I tried that returned your example passage. But it only looks at the book of Isaiah (the intertext searches seem to be designed to look at one source or target book of the bible at a time). But at least this might give you a starting point to play around with and comb through the list. ({Label Intertext WHERE Source
Thanks for the help. Maybe an example will help clarify what I am doing. In Mt. 3:3 Matthew quotes Isa. 40:3 . to say that John was the one referred to by Isaiah as the person crying to "prepare the way for the Lord". The "Lord" is Jesus and in Isaiah 40:3 "Lord" translates Yahweh. So Matthew is using an OT reference to

I have the same problem in Chrome. I wonder if it has something to do with having tracking cookies blocked because I can't play any of the training videos on Logos.com in Chrome either. I have to go to Faithlife TV to play training videos or use another browser.

I'm sorry the word "hullabaloo" triggered you so, but I simply meant that it caused a stir. It wasn't meant to be inflammatory. I'm not going to bother debating with you any further. Have a nice evening.
