I have suggested to Faithlife to get Handbook of Denominations in the United States . I have the 9th in dead tree. the 14th is now available in dead tree or e-book. https://www.christianbook.com/handbook-denominations-united-states-14th-edition/roger-olson/9781501822520/pd/93317EB?event=AAI
This would be great. Thanks

Dockery
Looks like I already own that one. I'll take a look at it. Here's one I might suggest Logos get: Witnesses to the Baptist Heritage: Thirty

I have attended quite a few Baptist churches and was even re-baptised in one. They were all so different. Sometimes they were more different from each other, than another church that was another denomination.
This is a good point to remember! The original post mentioned "not specifically
I agree with David on the MEV. I call it the "2016 KJV." The publisher just came out with the second edition but it is not yet available in Logos.
I didn't realize this. Thanks for the heads-up, I need to go check it out.
I picked up the NT commentary (have wanted something like that). And the pulpit power one (am always amazed; how do they do it?).
We probably got the same NT commentary, True to Our Native Land . That's been on my wishlist forever. I got the Power in the Pulpit one when it was in pre-pub. I only wish they had included more

I am a bit surprised at this ...
Where's 'this'? Black authors would be great! Especially those toiling hard in Africa ... also I'd like more from Haiti too. Ooooo, you said the A-word. <kidding> Yes I too have it in a certain competitor's software and would like to have it in Logos. If you create the Feedbear I'd vote for it.
Bob says Baptists are the predominant customer segment
This is why I'm asking for recommendations. It's not that I don't have Baptist resources in my library or that there is a dearth of resources in the store. Quite the opposite so I was hoping some "enthused" Baptists would help me narrow the choices down a bit. Alas.

Bumping for a few more recommendations.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "readable, understandable KJV" since you didn't mention what about it is making it hard for you to read. The New Cambridge Paragraph Bible: King James Version may be easier to understand since it takes the KJV text but updates spellings and punctuation to modern usage while keeping the original wording intended
This was fixed in 9.11 SR-1, those on the Beta channel will have to wait until we ship 9.12 Beta 1 to get the fix. If you don't want to wait you can download the installer or change your update channel to stable.
Thanks for getting the fix out so quickly!

What are some good books that overview the Baptist tradition that aren't just limited to the Southern Baptist Convention? These could include books on theology, ecclesiology/polity, and history, or general overviews.
I'm able to recreate this problem. Thanks for the information. We'll get this fixed.
Thanks Andrew. Glad you were able to recreate this. I couldn't upload my logs because I had uninstalled Verbum again and haven't reinstalled it yet.

It looks like although many are based on the ISBN number not all of them are. A sampling of my library yielded that out of the 67 ebooks in my library, 18 of them had LLS numbers that were NOT based on the ISBN number.
-
They are not always the ISBN. They are listed on the logos.com product page. For example, the LLS code for the free book of the month this month is LLS:JHNSSTSTMNRVLTN.
-
Never mind I see you said they'd be ready by tomorrow. I just got confused since some were already updated.

The Logos and Faithlife Study Bible apps still say 9.10 in the Android Play store. The Logos app on my phone won't update because 9.10 is already installed.
