    I use proclaim in kids ministry, despite DVDs being out of date, a lot of kids curricuLum are released only on DVD, not downloadable files. So, we don't really have many options, we have to play, or we rip..which is not approved by most curricuLum producers.

  • Cannot playback video sun am, 12/14,12/21

    last sun and today, I ran into issues playing back video that I'd previously uploaded in proclaim...worked for months prior to dec 14. Proclaim works for slides and music, just not uploaded video. Wondering if it's my issue or proclaim server issue...or how can I troubleshoot.

    If I do this, does this mean it wont matter if we have internet issues? cloud slowness etc.? Wondering if I backup/restore, will that mean I can always run even if my internet is slow? or having issues?

    Yes to I'm sure it was uploaded. At least the green dot said it was fully sync'd.

    No, not the same computer. synched early sun am..green button said it was fully synced. Do you suggest synching before sun am? Many of the files have been in my proclaim program for months, just reusing previously uploaded. I have followed the same process since last July, and only recently had this particular issue. progesm freezes when i click on

  • Last 3 weeks could not play back video uploaded to proclaim...help!!

    My worship was disrupted for 3 straight weeks, when I could not playback video that I'd previously uploaded to proclaim...is this fixable? it runs fine on fri night..but sun :( help!!

  • Issue with uploaded video playback

    The last few 2 weeks I've noticed issues with Proclaim playing back uploaded mp4. Read that there was some issue with video playback in the opening/preprogram loop, so I will it out and see if that fixes the issue. I upload and create on my win 7 laptop, looks fine on my end. When I sync with the worship computer--the program says "all items are synced

    During the week I added videos to my service that had been previously stored and run in Proclaim 5 weeks ago. When my program got to the video, it was listed on the program list, but it was black-no picture. When I clicked on it, it would not play. No picture or sound. Then the program froze and I could not close/go off line/move to a different slide

    I just duplicated the problem. It is not showing up in my error log as an error. What happened: 1. opened proclaim 2. went on air, worked fine, with time scheduled for 10:45. Everything worked as normal. 3. went off air, changed the time to 9:00, it's now 9:30 ish. Got the error message. Clicked on the "x" at the end of the error message, x was unresponsive

    Here are the error entries for last Sunday. I would get the "past time" message, because I was trying to start proclaim after the "start time" and then I could not go on-line and neither could i exit out of proclaim. Thank you for your help!     Then it gave me a message that it couldn't connect to the server. I can't get it to run when the opening loop time is past.i don't like the new message, it worked better before.

    Fri nite, california time, and sun. at 10:45, I've had problems running proclaim. It won't go online. Once because it gives me a new warning that the opening loop is going to be past the time, then it freezes and I can't do anything--can't f1 start, can't shut down.

    Last night, while running Proclaim, I tried to control the program with my iPad. I could not move slides, when I tried to turn off control, proclaim was unresponsive and could not be turned off. I had to reboot and the same thing happened again. Went on air, tried to control with iPad, looked right, but would not advance slides. Could not control with

  • How do u manage content with more than 1 ministry using proclaim, or does each have separate accts?

    I'm using for Kidz min. My youth min guy likes and wants to be added, but I'm wary about content being even harder to manage. It's already hard to manage with just my min.

    Proclaim froze as i was attempting to change to an uploaded video, white screen. I went off line, then tried to go back in on air. Computer went on air, but i'd lost iphone control. I exited out of iphone control, logged back in, but could never regain iphone control of proclaim. :( Totally disrupted the service. Took several minutes to work it all

    When I started at 10:45 am pst, my iphone controlled the presentation. Half way through, it froze. I exited out of proclaim, tried to put it on air again, but the program had a yellow triangle over the sync button saying I had no internet. Eventually the yellow triangle went away, and i resumed proclaim playback on the computer, but I could not control
