David, I'm sorry that I didn't clarify my Camp Logos "down payment" comment -- The books are available to be put on the payment plan, however Camp Logos is NOT. The down payment comment referred to fronting the money for Camp and then putting all of your books on the payment plan. Sorry for the confusion!

For your second question, I would (of course) suggest the third option. I think once you learn all the powerful things that you can do within Logos, the books in your library become that much more valuable. Also, Logos has a 12 month payment plan for their books so just think of Camp Logos as a "down payment" to maximize your library to its fullest

David, As far as your first question... In the regular Camp Logos we do not assume any knowledge of Logos Bible Software from the attendees, therefore we start from scratch. In Camp Logos 2 , however, we ask that you have a basic understanding of some key features/concepts: Home Page Guides Library Bookmarks Favorites Layouts Searching Cited By Lookup

  • Re: Morris Proctor Logos 4 Manuals

Sorry that there is dissatisfaction with the updates to our manuals. Our desire with the updates were to benefit the customers so hopefully I can help clear up some things... Most software consistently evolves, which is great for the consumer because it means that the software continues to get better. Unlike most training companies, we wanted to help

Also, for those wondering about Camp Logos, T.J. Luoma from TUAW.com (The Unofficial Apple Weblog) gave a review of his experience at last month's Camp Logos in Pennsylvania: http://www.tuaw.com/2010/10/19/camp-logos-took-me-from-know-nothing-to-advanced/ Thanks so much for the kind words. They are greatly appreciated!

Jason, If the question is, "Would you benefit?", then the short answer would be yes. Even though the Logos 4 for Mac is still in the Alpha stage, it is still better than the original Logos for Mac. Morris (Moe) will show you how to do things via a projector. PowerPoint is not really used; the projector is connected to Moe's laptop so all of the training

Hey Tim, We get this question a lot from our Mac users. Even at our Camp going on in Atlanta right now, there are numerous Mac users. Here is what our Mac users do: 1). Install VMWare Fusion or Parallels on their Mac and install Logos on the PC side. Though this is not the easiest, it works well and is even what I do personally. If you have your install

  • Re: User Manual for Logos4

Hello all, My name is David and I actually helped with the manuals. Morris provided the content and I would help lay it out. I have been working with MP Seminars since the release of L3, so I can attest to some of the changes from the manual in L3 to L4. I can also attest to my office being my second home, 10 extra lbs. from fast food, and energy drinks
