Logos 6 For Mac Won't Open/Start

OK... I'm repeatedly encountering a problem with my Logos 6 for Mac. It will refuse to launch/open/start. I've resolved this issue several times by reinstalling. However, it is a burden to keep reinstalling my Logos 6 every couple of weeks. Is there a way to resolve this issue?

Probably - but we would need to see logs.

Please ensure diagnostic logging is enabled and then update logs in a reply to this thread when Logos fails to start

No - sorry. And it would probably need someone better qualified than me to analyse it

How large is the zip file? How long did you allow it to "work" after clicking "insert"? How fast is your internet connection?
