New Feature: Speaking to God Dataset (dataset)

What is it?

The Speaking to God dataset allows you to use the categories from the Speaking to God interactive in a search. This allows you to search for specific words or concepts in or around the conversations people in the Bible have with God. For instance, you can find everywhere David asks for help in a prayer to God.

How does it work?

This dataset labels speech directed to God in the Bible with the following categories: type, mode, context, content, and distance. Example searches include:

• {Speaker <Person Peter>} AND {Label Speech}
• {Label Speech WHERE Type ~ Monologue}
• {Label Speech WHERE Context ~ Incarnational}
• {Label Speech WHERE Content ~ Confession}
