New Feature: Parallel Passages in the Pauline Letters (Resource)
What is it?
Explore the Pauline letters like never before with the Parallel Passages in the Pauline Letters resource. We've thematically organized Paul's letters for quick comparison and in-depth study. Explore the differences in each of the Pauline Greeting formulas; find where Paul shares his longing to visit the Romans, Corinthians, Thessalonians, and Philemon; or see everywhere Paul talks about the relationship between Adam and Christ. If you're studying Paul, this is an essential resource to quickly see and compare his perspective on a range of specific topics.
How does it work?
Open your library and search Parallel Passages in the Pauline Letters. Open the resource, expand the table of contents to expose the topical arrangement of this resource, and start your exploration of the Pauline letters.

Thanks for flagging this - looks like a very useful resource.
I'm intrigued as to why this was done as a resource as opposed to an Interactive. That could have been very useful in focusing down into particular areas.

Hi Graham.
Parallel Passages resources also have capability to be used in the Parallel Passages section of the Passage Guide. An interactive does not allow that level of functionality within a guide. The guide functionality seemed an important thing to support.
The same underlying data can (at some future point) also be used for an interactive. So, in the longer run, it's really more of a both-and instead of an either-or.
There are also some issues with a set of topically oriented parallels like this and the current interactive model. The current interactive model functions best with a maximum of four columns; this data could possibly have up to 13 columns. There are interface/display issues that, while not optimal, are easier to cover in a resource than they would be in an interactive.
So an interactive is a future possibility. Especially if someone suggests it on UserVoice and gets some votes. [:)]

sorry, it seems this is mixed up a bit.
