52 Weeks through the Bible - Reading Plan

I saw today that James Merritt's "52 weeks" books are on sale for $2.99 elsewhere - and on ebooks.faithlife.com as well ! Thanks Faithlife and thanks Harvest House Publishers!
I already owned one (Jesus) and now bought the other two (the Bible and Psalms).
The idea of the books is to make readers "fall in love with the bible" - thus, in order not to overburden people, Merritt won't go for five chapters a day, but for five selected biblical readings per week, that he chose to go around a weekly biblical topic he explains in the book. I find the idea interesting (and the plan looks "do-able" for myself) - but I also saw a technical challenge in building such a plan in Logos.
With a small bit of copy paste and just a little help from Excel, plus building the five readings as individual plans and then merging them together, I built the plan for the readings in "52 Weeks Through the Bible - Fall in Love with the Book that Changed Everything"
You'll find the plan in the Public section of the Docs menu in Logos/Verbum - or directly under the link https://fl.vu/t28sp6 Maybe I'll build & share the plans for the other two books as well.
I actually might make & share a Reading Plan for the book(s) itself, I did not find it being fully automated with the current Reading Plan features.
EDIT: The Reading Plan for the Book "52 Weeks Through the Bible" is found under https://fl.vu/t62sf or in the Public section of Docs /EDIT

Thanks for pointing these out. I picked them up because I'm continually looking for good resources to add to my regular devotions.

Thanks too for this.
That would be helpful. Were you thinking of doing this for the other two books as well?

I'm just doing the "52 weeks with Jesus" plan right now and will edit this post or reply later with the link. With the template from the other one it's easy, but still fifty-two C&Ps from the book.

I am following the Reading plan from the Psalter and the daily office in the Book of Common Prayer.

You're welcome! I shared the plan to the Public section of Docs and it's directly available under https://fl.vu/d83yw9
(Logos trying to helpfully contract readings from the same chapter or disperse those that go together but over a chapter boundary was a bit of nuisance here...)

Are you thinking of doing one for Psalms as well. [;)]

Yes I am, but probably not tonight. Building the RP for the book itself was a bit of a turn-off (tedious selection and drop to the custom reading plan for every chapter since the automated RP does not allow deleting the superflous entries - this is so much more annoying than the same number of copy & paste for half a dozen rows of text) - and now reporting a beta crash. The RP for the 52 weeks through the Psalms (for those who read only the last post in a thread: this is accompanying James Merritt's book which currently is on sale for $1.99) is available under the Public section of Docs or directly from https://fl.vu/p59yz3

For a third time thanks. This is the one I would like to do next year.

And the Reading Plan for the book itself is there now, too, - and under https://fl.vu/j43xf2 .(I really wondered about how many very very different people endorsed that one.)

I decided to go with the 52 Weeks Through the Psalms this year but I would be interested in hearing your review of this once you are finished.

So maybe it helps you that I made a RP for the book, too: under https://fl.vu/i63ny or in the Public section of Docs. Be blessed!
