It is based on your prioritization (here is the guide to updating your prioritization on the wiki).
That was my first thought, but I cannot get the Douay-Rheims Bible to show up, and it is high on my Bible priority list.
The Douay-Rheims version lacks a reverse interlinear and therefore cannot be matched for this purpose.

This would process like the Septuagint - English to Latin; Latin to Greek/Hebrew. I don't believe that work has been done but haven't specifically checked recently.
