Bulgakov in the factbook (not so much)
I wanted to see what secondary literature I have on Sergius Bulgakov, so I turned to the factbook but was disappointed. The datasets that drive this need some work.
- There are two cultural ontology entries for him: "Sergey Bulgakov" and "Sergius Bulgakov (Russian Theologian)." The former has dates of birth and death, while the latter is tied to dictionary entries that have the same years of birth and death.
- For "Sergey Bulgakov," the factbook only finds a factbook tag in two books in my library: no articles works, or anything else.
- Most of the data is related to "Sergius Bulgakov (Russian Theologian)": two books in my library have a dictionary entry, and in those same two books there are a total of 10 factbook tags.
- Although I have A. Nichols, Light from the East, which has a chapter on Bulgakov, there's no factbook tag to help me realize that. I just happen to know because I read it.
- Furthermore, I have 7 books by Bulgakov in my library, but the factbook doesn't list any works at all.

Factbook is normally disappointing to me as well as it is not lined up right but that could just be me as well. A lot of times it is at best clunky in use. It has a few bug errors see here https://community.logos.com/forums/t/224959.aspx For your issue I am guessing not a lot of books are tagged for Factbook yet or you do not have the right datasets. That could be wrong on my preliminary view. This is helpful to your issue case in point as well https://community.logos.com/forums/t/220119.aspx You also may be missing the needed datasets. What feature package do you own?

I have the Verbum 10 Full Feature Upgrade, so I don't think I'm missing any datasets. In any case, having two entries for the same person definitely seems like an error.
Regarding your first link, it looks like that has been corrected: abortion and pregnancy are no longer "persons." Hopefully, they'll fix the issues I noted as well.
For listings of works, they seem to do fairly well with Fathers of the Church, but I looked up William of Saint-Thierry later yesterday and he doesn't have any works or "Books from Your Library" either, even though I have two of his books in my library and Faithlife sells a few others as well.

Speaking of Bulgakov. Logos would do well to get Notre Dame University's recent translation of his work, The Eucharistic Sacrifice, published in 2021. It's the only English translation of this work.
