Books within books and Parallel Resources
I've noticed that the linking of parallel resources for patristic, pseudopigrapha, apochrapha, and classical literature can be spotty.
Most recently I was searching the Greek text of the Old Testament Psuedopigrapha is the wonderful morphologically tagged Brennan edition, found something in the Infancy Gospel of Thomas, clicked parallel resources and-boom several options. Then I looked at the Sibylline Oracles, and no parallel resources. Yet I found the Sibylline Oracles in Charlesworth, and it shows they are also found in Charles. The resource location is the same, Sibylline Oracles 5.407 (or the like) but they must not be the same resource type.
As I find these is there a good place to report this type of "typo."
Also it is just very hard to find a primary source work within a bigger volume. I wish there was a way to break them out to find them in the library as opposed to searching and having to sort through dictionary entries. This is getting particularly messy as more and more patrisitcs sources are added in different translations, and classics get multiple translations from Perseus and Loeb libraries.

I don't work with these resources, so I can only speak in generalities. Books will not just automatically appear in parallel resources... They must be tagged appropriately. As Logos adds new resources and updates older ones, you will likely see an improvement.

Hear, hear! This has been an issue for a long time. It first bothered me with the Complete Works of Francis Schaeffer, where all the titles of his books are merely chapter headings within that single resource.
There is a UserVoice request to add "Better Control of Multi-Book Volumes/Works" which would address your and my concerns. It's been around for a long time with no comments from Logos. It has 61 votes now, but I think it's time to mount a campaign for visibility to get this onto the first page of UserVoice requests. I'm going to go release my votes from two other items now and bump my votes on this one up to 3.

Actually the edition I meant, I put the wrong name down, is quite new and made by Logos staff,
Penner, Ken, and Michael S. Heiser. “Old Testament Greek Pseudepigrapha with Morphology”. Bellingham, WA: Lexham Press, 2008.
They text is tagged, but in this case somehow the tag doesn't match the other places where it is tagged.
The whole resource is spotty in it's tagging of parallel resources,
The Testament of the 12 Patriarchs has links to Ante-Nicean Fathers, but 4 Maccabees which can even be found in the RSV is not linked.
On the other side if I am looking at the Testaments of the 12 Patriarchs in R H Charles Psuedepigrapha of the Old Testament, it doesn't link to the Greek, unless I first look at ANF. It seems in this particular case part of this is that some Pseudepigrapha counts as Scripture so some of the books are tagged as Scripture other are not.
Yet there are a lot of other places where parallels could be made, but aren't always there. Yes its is complex, but that is part of Logo's promise. I just want to be able to work around the missing data, and have a way to point it out easily to help Logos fix it.

This is related to a problem that has been under discussion with Bradley. Logos requires that parallel resources be of the same type. In this case Pnner & Heiser is an Ancient Manuscript not Bible so that the NRSV does not enter into a parallel relationship consideration.

For Patristics, I recommend going to Tools > Reading Lists > Early Church Fathers Index. It's not complete, but it's got an awful lot of links, both to Logos and the web.
I've been hoping someone would volunteer to do a similar list for Early Jewish Writings: pseudepigrapha, DSS, targumim, midrashim etc, but so far I don't think there is one.
