I'm getting this message when trying to access the FaithLife feedback site, anyone else getting it? Says "This project is deactivated"
Does that mean they are doing maintenance on it or is it something else?
Uh oh! I'm getting that problem too. Faithlife will have to weigh in on this. I wonder if they have discontinued using Feedbear for a feedback site without announcing it to us? Or failed to pay their bill to Feedbear? The URL shows "expired". This must be some mechanism Feedbear uses when a customer of theirs has not kept up something on their end which they need to do to keep their site up and running.
Feedbear is not doing maintenance as a whole, because their own feedback site is up: https://feedback.feedbear.com/boards/feature-requests
Thanks for letting us know. We haven’t cancelled our subscription, so this looks like a bug at their end. I’ve contacted them to ask them to restore functionality ASAP.
On the broader question, we’re using Feedbear extensively. I visit almost every day to read new suggestions. I know other staff do too on different boards. We don’t always comment on suggestions. Personally, I only comment if a user is reporting a bug, or suggesting a feature that already exists. But every comment is read and helps inform our decision making.
