Why is sheperd as in Psalm 23 not included in the search conducted in picture below?
Search is case sensitive does this solve your issue?

Your picture is not of a search but is rather an example of applying a filter to your Bible. I suspect you've applied a passage list but can't tell for sure. If you either correct the picture or provide the details of the filter, we'll be able to help.
I suspect you clicked on the show 2 passages I've put in a box. So it is giving you what you requested. I'll need to explore further to see why those are the only Hebrew words shown. The BWS led me to other expectations.
See BUG: Exodus 2:17 missing in Factbook and therefore in Factbook filter - Logos Forums for additional information.
I know some forum members claimed this but others claimed that whether or not it was case sensitive depended upon what you had used last i.e. it opens to the options you closed it with. I haven't double checked by running tests.

A lemma search is not affected by Match Case/All forms. These settings are carried from your previous Search (when the tool was closed), and affect the Inline Search appropriately.
There is some subjectivity here. As well as 2 Kings 3.4, the second lemma brings up Amos 1:1 where it could be translated as "sheep breeders" (ESV) and also listed as "Referred to As". But "shepherds" carries the day. The Ps 23 word is a participle, so it loses out to the nouns (but being translated "shepherd" may also disqualify it from this section).
Then Translated as has me puzzled as it ignores Amos 1.1 when it is included with BWS.
