Ok,I used to be able to search a Hebrew word and Logos could show Hebrew and English in the search. Now it won't let me search both?
Nothing has changed in that area ... so I need a bit more of a hint. Do you mean you could show both a Hebrew and an English Bible in parallel on a Bible search (the search is still only on one)? If so, the icon for the feature is now the multiple books sign (two heavy vertical lines) in the upper right. Or do you mean search a Hebrew Bible and a reverse interlinear?
