How to download all Tools

I have a friend who installed the "typical" or "minimum" resources on an initial install. He is finding that he is missing some Tools that should be in his Base Package. Is there a way to download all of the missing Tools, without reinstalling the program?

As far as I know, ALL tools and datasets related are automatically downloaded no matter what setting you choose. What specific tool is missing?

Text Converter is missing and a few others.

These missing tools can be added one at a time from the Logos website (https://www.logos.com/product/45680/text-converter

But is there a way to add all of the resources that a person owns?

Text Converter is an Interactive in the library. I had to download it (it had a download button in the Info panel).

The only way I know to download all is to either select the undownloaded (or just select all) by selecting one, and then 'control-A'. Then right-click > download. But I suspect you already know this.
