"Passage Guide" not working in Logos

With the help of Logos Technical support, I finally solve the problem. This is what I was told:

"Thank you for the email. I suspect I know why you’re getting this problem. If you open the Passage Guide and click the panel menu (see the attached image) what do you see on the left? If it is blank that is the problem. At some point you’ve inadvertently deleted the sections from the guide resulting in no results appearing. If this seems to be the case click the Guides menu, and right-click the Passage Guide. From there click Reset to Default."

I followed the instructions and then restarted Logos. Finally, the things show up in "Passage Guide".
