Is it possible to add new background pictures/art for Visual copy?

Could you explain in more detail what you are trying to accomplish, and give an example? I ask because Visual Copy is technically a Logos feature, not a Proclaim feature, although the end result is a new slide in Proclaim. Are you wanting to edit the slide once you have sent it to Proclaim from Logos? If so, how and why?

Hi Myke

Want to add backgrounds to the collection provide by Logos.  So, when I share a quote there are more than the dozen or so various backgrounds that the quote will be displayed on.

Thanks!

So, you are in Logos, correct?

Then you select some text, and select Visual Copy, correct?

You're then in a pop up window where your selected text is displayed in one of the visual copy slides??

Asking this to make sure I'm understanding you correctly. I was a little thrown off because you posted in the Proclaim forum. But it appears this is exclusively a Logos question, I believe.

Oh, wrong forum?

But, yes, you describe where I am at exactly.  Can we add to the slides?  Again, thanks!

Sorry so much back and forth! But at least we are on the same page now.

So you now have the Visual Copy window up, and your selected text has been inserted into the default visual copy slide.

1) You can click in the text box ti change the text or add to it.

2) On the very top right is a button (I'm doing this from memory; not at a computer with Logos) with 4 squares (I think). Click on that and then you'll be able to access all the VC images/slides available.

3) You can make some modifications with options on the left side bar, such as image resolution.

What are you looking to do?

I can find, perhaps, about 80 different backgrounds/ slides.  Can this collection be added to or are we limited to what Logos gives us?

Thank you for your patience

Mike that is it!  However, for whatever reason, I don't have that link.  I will have to call Logos to see what I need to purchase to get my program up to speed.  My version is 8.8.0.0046, but I am sure that I have failed to give them enough money to be able to do all I want Super Angry

Thank you all for the kind help!

Greetings David

I have the same version but a subscription to 'Connect' which may be the difference.

I am sure Faithlife could make it clearer that the 'Basic' offer which is free is really to allow one to read and search the resources that we purchased.

The extra 'bells and whistles' do come at a cost as one would expect.
