Random Hard Cuts Instead of Fade
My name is Andrew and I am using my pastor's account. After a recent update, some song slides will randomly hard cut between slides instead of Fade like we have it set. I find this distracting. Proclaim mobile Not working
Our church relies on proclaim mobile, for remote switching and writing and none of the tools have been working, it tells us we don’t have Wi-Fi but we have one gig Wi-Fi, we have never had an issue with proclaim mobile and the remote features.

PowerPoint animations on foldback screen?
When I import a PowerPoint file with animations, (and use the "transfer control to PowerPoint" option), the animations show up correctly on the main screen, but the foldback or confidence monitor displays only the complete slide. Center adjustment
when using Proclaim each time I bring a song in that we’ve used before it will not stay center adjusted. I’ve tried to find in settings where that is but it doesn’t seem to exist. So just to clarify that’s when I use a song and center adjust then the next time we use I have to center adjust again.

Why does outline title change for songs but not for Bible Passages?
I often preach a series and duplicate the previous presentation to reuse the background theme. When I change the praise songs it automatically changes the title in the slide outline in the left column. But when you change the reading it doesn't so you have to change it manually.
