Sermon Audio Not Loading or Uploading
For the last two Sundays, we've been getting the above errors after going Off Air, and we have not been able to publish our sermon audio. Has anyone seen this before? Is there a way to fix it? In the meantime, is there a way to access the audio files so that we can upload them manually? Thanks in advance.

Multiple Duplicate Slides at End of Song
Occasionally when I add or change a song in Proclaim it creates multiple copies of the last song slide, anywhere from 2 -9 additional slides for no apparent reason. Confidence Monitor - Next Slide Preview
The "Next Slide Preview" item for the confidence monitor templates does not show the next slide. It will only show the placeholder in both my screen preview and the actual confidence monitor. It is not an issue with the slide content because when I advance through the slides, the current slide preview shows them.

CCLI numbers missing when songs are imported to Song Library
When I import songs from SongSelect the CCLI number don't import when import is done from Song Library. If the import is done from Add Song in an event CCLI number is imported, but not from Song Library.

Random Hard Cuts Instead of Fade
My name is Andrew and I am using my pastor's account. After a recent update, some song slides will randomly hard cut between slides instead of Fade like we have it set. I find this distracting. Our church relies on proclaim mobile, for remote switching and writing and none of the tools have been working, it tells us we don’t have Wi-Fi but we have one gig Wi-Fi, we have never had an issue with proclaim mobile and the remote features.

PowerPoint animations on foldback screen?
When I import a PowerPoint file with animations, (and use the "transfer control to PowerPoint" option), the animations show up correctly on the main screen, but the foldback or confidence monitor displays only the complete slide. Default Volume on Videos
When I bring a video in from the media center, the default volume is at 100%. Unfortunately at that level, there is a high amount of distortion due to the signal overload. How can I set the default volume to 5% or 10% instead of having to play the video and then adjust the volume down? Thanks Bob
