So here I am again struggling with the UI.

1. I have decided that my background theme for the week will be 'Go make disciples' and have copied all slides in that set to the Post Service loop so that I can duplicate and use them.

2. I have retrieved the hymn 'Crown him with many crowns' from 'Re-use Items' this item has a backing track and I know that words that show on the screen will match the words on the track.

3. Now I want to change the background for my hymn and it seems a real hassle.

Wouldn't it be good if there were a 'Recently Used' selection to go with the 'Browse Media' and 'Import' options?

Wouldn't it be a good idea to have a 'Set for All Songs' button to go with the suggestion above?

I am sure both would save me a lot of faffing about.

Hi Mike,

To clarify are you struggling to find a background you had used in the past that you're hoping to reuse? If you're trying to use the "Go Make Disciples" media you should be able to see a board on the left hand side in the media library that lists media used. I believe the behavior would be any media you apply to slides for that service will show there. I don't think it will update if media is being reused from another presentation. Therefore that board would basically be a recently used for all slides in that service outside of reused items and should show up under your presentation title "210124 Mark 1 14-20 Mike". If you were trying to change media to Go Make Disciples you could bulk highlight your song thumbnails and select background and browse media to update all songs.

Thanks, Sean, that is very helpful.

In all these years I have never noticed that the media in my current presentation is part of the left-hand filters.
