I found a couple of serious errors in the conversion process which I have fixed, and think I have tagged all references. E&OE..

If you have built from the original file I would advise deploying this file, I am not planning on revising it further, so if you make changes please post your updated file to benefit the community

Although not a Lutheran - I would recommennd any believer to read this book, all I can say I have been challenged and blessed by preparing and proof reading this book.

Blessings,
Dominic

Are these page numbers "real" page numbers?  You can see a version of it on Google Books at:

Good job Dominic. Thank you. I treasure that book. Yes

P.S. Isn't the PB tool a great thing?

Don't get me wrong - I like page numbers . . . But when working with reference material, the page numbers should be the original page numbers as found in the original print copy of that particular book.  I downloaded and opened this book and notice that the page milestones are perfectly at the beginning of page 1, page 2, etc. of each Word .docx page.  I haven't compared it with the above link or a pdf scan of the original print copy, but unless you found a book that just coincidentally happened to line up perfectly with Word, then I say these are not "real" page numbers.

It doesn't make much sense, for citation purposes (both trying to find others' citations in this book, as well as citing the book for others in articles, etc.) to have "counterfeit" page numbers so to speak.

Unfortunately, inserting the "real" page numbers of the original takes more work, unless they are already indicated somehow in the text as some online sources (i.e. [1] . . .  [2] . . . etc.) - then one could perhaps use some type of batch execution to change these to the appropriate Logos milestones (i.e. [1] becomes [[@Page:p 1]] etc.), though I personally would not know how to do it without help.

I suggest we keep "counterfeit" pages numbers out of the submitted .docx files in these forums to cut down on the confusion with study (as I stated in paragraph 2).  And if someone wants these types of page numbers anyway, then the could personally execute the above said function on their own .docx copy

I agree. I'm uneasy with page numbers that are arbitrary. Suppose someone gets the .docx file and doesn't like the formatting so they change it before turning it into a PB. Now you have two different versions of the page numbers floating around. Something just makes me uneasy with the whole thing.
