Another crash, same situation...
Our internet connection is spotty today...thinking it may be crashing when our connection starts acting up?

I have been unable to reproduce the crash. Did the crash happen when you began customizing, during or when you hit "done"?
If you were in the midst of customizing, it would nice to know what you were changing during the crash.
Did you have a motion background that you are using, or a still?

I was customizing and I believe I clicked on Done. At that moment, it crashed, both times.
I'm convinced that the crash was completely related to a loss of an internet connection. It seems like the client doesn't handle even a moment's loss of connectivity to the Proclaim servers. I wish the SW could simply wait a few seconds to see if the connect is restored...or that it would say, "internet connectivity lost-waiting for restoration before update can complete."

At the moment each time I hit done in customisation proclaim crashes.
