In general, the more I use Proclaim the better it is, but the more others are asking of it.

With Advent coming, and our first live use of Proclaim, we need to have a background with a candle on it.  Also as this will be used at our Cafe Church, a cup of coffee is needed on a slide.  I can see there being other examples in time. These images are easy enough to produce on something like Photoshop but I can find no way to add an image to a background or a slide.  So unless I have missed something, I think this means we will need to upload our own backgrounds.

So the question is, what is the optimum width and height, and type of file to use to be both quick and efficient in the use of space?

Thank you so far.

In general, if you have a normal 4:3 (not wide-screen) projector, the typical resolution is 1024x768 pixels or 800x600 pixels. I recommend creating JPEG images at the 1024x768 size. If you are using a widescreen projection, then create 1280x720 pixel images. I hope that helps.
