So Frustrated - sync and licinse mess

Downloaded proclaim and started to work an a presentation. Purchased a month on air through the program. Checked my account and the order is invoiced and my card is charged. Worked for hours to set up a presentation and the little green light indicates everything is syncing. I closed the program and now it will not open the presentation. It indicates that there is no presentation for my group. What was it syncing to? I have a group set up.  It has no license key and is asking me for one. I looked at the invoice and it said they sent me an email with details. No email, Not even in junk mail. Nadda. I can't even deselect recurring payments on my subscription page? That just does not seem right. Once you check the box that's it? I can't open the presentation, I do not have a key, and can not deselect automatic payments.

There is also something weird going on the background because under groups there is a news tab that says coming soon...

Perplexed, frustrated, Would appreciate some help.

Sounds like an account issue. I suggest you give customer support a call and see if theres not something going on in the background - had a couple of minor other account/billing related issues recently.
