Difficult to understand Daniel. But if you're looking to put a video loop as the background to the lyrics of a song. Get a compatible .mpeg or .mov video file. I got some from http://www.worship-backgrounds.com/ and you can either click on the background tab of the song slides to add it from your computer or in your account settings you can upload the file. When it uploads, it defaults to loop which is probably what you want.

If you're wanting to put lyrics over a "video" item, I'm not sure Proclaim is able to do that. Try a "song" slide, make the background the video, and the lyrics you type in or link with ccli will be shown in front of the video.

Hi Daniel,

I'll just add a little to what Jeremiah already said. Here is what you can do:

Create a content or song item and add a video background. You can then type whatever you want to appear over your video.

Here is what you can't (currently, at least) do:

Take a video (like a music video for a song) and synchronize the lyrics to the video with set timings for each lyric. Your only option here would be to create a song item, add your lyrics, and have someone manually advance the lyrics during the song.

If you really want to have a video with lyrics synched beforehand, I suggest taking your video, adding the lyrics with a program like Windows Movie Maker or iMovie and then uploading the video to Proclaim as a Video item.

Let us know if this doesn't answer your question.

Does this work in trial version?

I have created a content slide and added content. Now when I go to background options, I don't see video as an option. I have attached the screenshot.

Please advise.

Go read this page. It tells all about setting backgrounds for content and song slides. https://support.proclaimonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/203698615-How-do-I-change-the-background-of-my-slides-

How can I get the video BG to loop so it doesn't just stop playing halfway through the song?

when you upload the video, it should ask if you want it to loop. If you already uploaded it, you can go to the media browser and click on your video. In the pane on the right, towards the bottom it should have a checkbox for loop. After checking it, you will need to reapply the video to your content item, song, etc.

I hope that helps!
