I contacted pbministries and asked about the copyright for Reese, they sent me this

"First Edition was printed in 1937 by Marshall, Morgan and Scott, London (Not bound by copyright laws of 1955). Second Edition 1975 by Grand Rapids International Publications. The book does say all rights reserved but no copyright statement. ISBN 0-8254-3610-9"

I attempted to correct the spacing where the text would omit a space as it went from italics to regular text.

Probably the only way to get this book as an ebook would be to scan it. I don't have a scanner, but would still be interested in getting a copy of this book. Do you or anyone else know of a paper copy, probably used, that is for sale?
